Dr. Dino Dee, DDS

Here is my update for the previous review in regards to the complaint that was filed:
After over two months of ignoring our complaint, we finally received the statement of charges. Maggie’s excuse was that it was the holidays. So apparently, you can slack when it is the holidays. The next time my wife called the office, Maggie said that the office would only continue seeing my father in law if I delete the review altogether. That’s not reasonable because people like me give peer reviews for others to see what’s really going on with this business. She is being unethical by asking me to do this and to not finish the service. My wife tried to get in touch with the dentist himself but like someone said in a different review, his controlling FOB wife is pretty much in charge. Quite frankly, she is an embarrassment to the Taiwanese community. Even people in Taiwan give better customer service than this. If there are any Taiwanese or Chinese people who are thinking about seeing this office, then I would look somewhere else because as I mentioned earlier, this woman does not treat people with respect and is looking to complete the financial transaction ASAP. I don’t know what to say about the dentist himself. He obviously hides in the shadow of his controlling wife or just doesn’t dare to question her. Either way, it is cowardice.

Great dentist and great staff. Dr. Dee is great and Maggie is a great office manager. I miss Jen though after all of these years, she was excellent. The service is excellent, although they should have dark safety glasses or sunglasses for you to wear when getting your work done so things keep away from eyes. Dr. Dee is worth the visit. A+++

We really enjoy Dr. Dino Dee. My boyfriend, my two sons and I go to see him. My kids really enjoy him. They are 2 and 7 and they both are very comfortable with what he does. As for me the way they do their scheduling really works with my schedule. Appointment reminders are on point also, I get text messages, email and phone call reminders so that I don’t forget. As for cleanings I love the Way he talks you through what he’s doing and to let him Know if you are having any discomfort with the procedure. Overall I enjoy t they do things.

Dr Dee is an amazing dentist and he give excellent service. I have been going to him for 13 years now and I won’t be changing dentist anytime soon. His assistants are very friendly and helpful and are so nice!!! Service is great, I go in for my regular checkup and I get out in under an hour. He is very knowledgable and their equipment is top of the line. Go to him you won’t regret it.

Dr. Dee is probably the nicest Dentist that you’re going to find. I’m a good judge of character, and I can tell that he truly cares about his patients. It doesn’t surprise me that he treats his clients like family, because it’s a family run business. There’s nothing like having the feeling like you’re a special guest, and not just a number like so many other dental offices out there. If you’re looking for a dentist you can trust, and one that will treat your teeth like they were their own, you’re going to the right place! :D

Too bad I’d have to write such a terrible review for this. I took my son in for a cleaning (first time) with Dr. Dee and I must say his service was good up until that ignorant Asian lady decided to say negative things about my son (remind you he’s only 7) she mentioned that he was too fat for his age. Seriously?! I confronted her about it and all she could say was «I’m sorry I didn’t mean it in that way) and still had the nerve to tell me «make sure to schedule your next appointment) the last thing I need is for someone to say negative things about my son! Damn right I won’t take him back there!

I use to go to Dino Dee as my primary dentist. He was nice and everything but he sometimes shorted his work. I got my braces done from him and everything kept falling out and had to go in to fix it.
His old assistance are very nice and gental, not sure about his new ones since i havent gone back in years.
Over all I give Dr. Dee himself, a 4 star
okay so, on the other part his wife, shes pretty much a controlling fob asian who is always talking over everyone. Shes usually there at the desk telling her receptionist what to do. I mean why hire them if you are just going to talk over them while they try to make an appointment?
She still does this because i just got off the phone with one of her receptionist trying to make an appointment for my boyfriend. While being asked questions I recognized her voice in the background raising her voice trying to make the receptionist the middle person of the conversation –_​_​_​– shes still there
Dino Dee pretty much fucked my little brothers teeth up by putting 2 brace things on his 2 front teeth and 2 on the bottom. Sounds ridiculous huh? He looked ridiculous. Payed $ 1,000+ and my mom was pissed because it basically didnt do anything but make him look like a fool.
My mother wanted to asked Dino why he did that and for what reason.
Get this, my wasnt allowed to talk to Dino because HIS WIFE said she represents him and that any questions going to him had to go through her first.
Total bull shit. Last time I checked it was Dino Dee’s name on the wall not Maggie.

I’ve been to 5 different dentists in the past, and by FAR, Dr. Dino Dee is my absolute favorite. You can really feel that they care for their patients and always help me understand what treatments they give me. Their front desk staff is very friendly and really helped with payment options (they do installment plans! Only here did they offer that!) They always give the full size toothpaste too. hahahha!
His equipment, I’ve noticed, is always up to date, clean and new
I don’t know how anyone can give them a bad review… I HATE dentists, but they really made me feel comfortable where I really, really don’t mind going in. I referred many many people to them and they all like them too. When Dr. Dee and his staff talk to me, I know that they are experienced. Not like my past dental experiences, who many times they are clueless about procedures and insurance policies. etc.
