they suck!!! I made a resrvation for $ 25.00 a day we get to the counter they hiked up our rate to 95/​day!

Two people working and only 3 couples in line but took us an hour to check out and we already paid and pre reserved our car! Also extra charge to add a spouse which is never the case at any other place. Then you have to walk and hunt for your car in a separate parking garage — which they don’t even inspect your car before you leave. When you are done you drop your car off at a different lot from where you picked up at and they told us they didn’t know when the shuttle would be able to take us back but «it will be a while». Horrible service and wouldn’t even be worth it if it cost a dollar. Poor experience all around.

No wonder this company for such bad reviews. They make it impossible for anyone to rent a car from! Who carries a credit card with their picture on it! How do these jokers stay in business? It’s a shame. The lady actually told us to just use enterprise.

8 people in line, 2 people at the computer, over an hour wait to get our vehicle. Should take 2 – 3 minutes per person to sign in, just like at any airport car rental. This place is a joke. Never again using dollar car rental. The manager stood around talking on his cell phone with his friends and talking about his other car rental locations, instead of getting on the third computer and checking people in. I will die before giving this loser another penny of mine.

Don’t get rental car here. The service is terribly bad. We came here to pick up rental for our trip, and waited over a hour in the line. It almost ruined our trip in Hawaii.

Terrible service — slow and unprofessional. They don’t have two separate lines for people with or without reservations and took over 2 hours to take care of 5 or so people. If you need a car, try any of the other rental places on the Waikiki strip. There’s plenty of them and really can’t be worse than this one.
