Custom Cleaners Hawaii

I used Custom Cleaners Hawaii to clean my carpets for move-​out (found them here on Unilocal!). Tai was friendly and very easy to work with, even helping to figure out how much cleaning might fit in my budget. He communicated with me very well and got the job done quickly and effectively. I would definitely recommend this service to others.

We met Tai when he was doing a move in cleaning for our property manager. Once we saw how clean the apartment was and his diligent approach I knew I wanted to have him return for maintenance cleaning. Happy we have him come to keep things up. Tai and his crew do a thorough job and are very efficient with time. The cleaning products are effective and not toxic. I highly recommend Custom Cleaners Hawaii.

Tai saved our lives today. Okay, maybe not literally but he definitely helped us out in a big way! My roommate and I have been moving out of our apartment last minute and haven’t had any time to do things the right way.
Tai found us by chance, while we tried to rent one of those measly little rug doctors. We scheduled an appointment a little last minute, but he definitely accommodated us.
As for the job, was done well and it smells great. Knowing that the chemicals are as natural as you can get is a big plus too! Tai’s genuine and so is this company. Prices weren’t bad either! You won’t be left unsatisfied.

I had a very old carpet and older home that needed cleaning prior to rental. Tai was awesome about setting realistic expectations with me up front on what he thought they could/​could not do. Since it had been ages since a thorough cleaning, I wasn’t surprised. What did surprise me was how clean and bright the main area looked after their cleaning. My jaw dropped when I walked in and it was sad to have to leave the house now that it is sooo much cleaner and brighter than it has been in a long time. I would recommend them and go back to them for any other cleaning jobs in a heartbeat.

From start to finish they had amazing customer service! They stuck to their word on their quote and most importantly my house looked great when they where done. I will without a doubt recommend them to anyone I know that needs a cleaner. Thank you!

I wanted a place where I could bring my two wool area rugs for cleaning and chose Custom Cleaners Hawaii. Tai and the crew did a fabulous job getting my 10 year old carpets to look like new. I highly recommend them; they are very nice people and do an outstanding job.

I lived with a bunch of pilau people in my home & so therefore needed a good cleaning company to get down and dirty. My carpet looked like a bunch of pigs trampled all over it & the bathroom that they used had a sweat smell to it & baby roaches crawling all over the sink, disgusting! I chose Tai’s company because of their 5 star rating and positive reviews. Dan and Sasha arrived on time and started working. These guys don’t play around. Dan did an AWESOME job with the carpets & Sasha did a good job cleaning the kitchen appliances & the nasty bathroom. There was definitely no sweaty smell after that. I inconvenienced Dan by not mentioning that I have carpeted stairs. He left to do another cleaning, but came back with his proper equipment to get the job done. I felt so bad, but he reassured me that his customers come first. One word for this company, MAGIC! Mahalo plenty to Tai and his crew for getting my home clean & ready for inspection. I recommend them to anyone & will MOST DEFINITELY use them in the future.

I was very satisfied with the work that Tai and his crew did in the move-​out cleaning of my studio apartment. He fit me in his schedule even though I called just the day prior on the last week of the month (traditionally, the busiest week due to most people having to move out before the end of the month per their rental contracts/​leases). He emailed an invoice to me shortly after the job was done, and did a follow up call 2 days later to see how my walk-​thru with my realtor went. Very professional, and very good follow up. I did have to do some touchup cleaning in a couple of areas (Tai was very apologetic about this), but nothing more than two minutes with some cleaning wipes. And yes, I did get my full deposit back from my realtor. Thank you Tai and crew!

Tai is simply awesome! He and his crew cleaned my antique rugs and the color is so much brighter. Then they cleaned my house with incredible detail. Super friendly, super dependable, highly recommended!

Excellent service. I hired them to do my move out cleaning, and what a fantastic job! They were on time, didn’t require me to be there and didn’t miss a spot. The tiles in the back shelves were shined and refrigerator looked like it was brand new! Would definitely recommend.

I wanted a get a good carpet cleaning that was not only environmentally safe but safe for my tenants who have sensitive skin conditions and allergic to multiple things. Tai the owner was very sincere, caring, and professional. He first came out to the site to provide a free estimate and was very honest about whether he could get the job done PROPERLY in the time frame I needed. He was prompt, friendly, and did the job right the first time around.

Tenants moved out and left the place a mess. Filthy and there was a nasty smell. It’s brand new now! Will definitely call Tai again.

After getting move-​out cleaning quotes from other companies, we decided to go with Tai. So stoked with our decision. It’s so convenient to have one company do the house cleaning AND the carpet at the same time. Price was reasonable for our Ocean Pointe 4 BR/​3 B, wall to wall carpeted two story house. Lots of blinds.
Quality of work was no ka oi. Tai was professional, courteous, on-​time (even though he called to let us know he would be running late). Tai is very cool, has a great sense of humor & is very easygoing. But not so easygoing that he would allow his crew to do a half-​okole job.
After Tai & his crew were done, the house & carpet were waaay cleaner than when we moved in. The carpet, especially, was like new. Tai took the time to explain the unique oscillating method that only Customer Cleaner HI uses for carpet cleaning.
And hallelujah, the blinds were spotless.
The crew removed ALL evidence of our heavy-​shedding yellow Labrador, who left behind tumbleweeds of BLONDE fur. Amazing job Custom Cleaner Hawaii! There are a lot of cleaning companies out there but they can’t compete with Tai & his boys. MAHALO!

All told, a reasonable price for excellent work and customer service. Highly recommended! Cash or check only, though.
Called these guys on a Sunday evening to get a move-​out cleaning done no later than that coming Tuesday. They said no problem and showed up pretty close to on time (they called well in advance and let me know the morning traffic was really bad and they’d be 15 minutes late… it’s Hawaii, it happens). Walked them through the apartment, which looked pretty bad when we moved in, got a quote, paid them, and left them to do their thing. A few hours later I got the invoices in my email, set up just as I needed them for the owner per the lease terms.
Later that evening, I show up with the owner to do the move-​out walk through. The place is spotless, including the old, ratty carpet that was stained when we moved in. Because of these guys, we got our full security deposit back.
Price for a two bedroom, two bath unit worked out to about $ 472 including HI taxes ($ 210 for the carpet cleaning; $ 262 for the apartment/​bathrooms/​kitchen cleaning) which seemed higher than some other quotes we got. I don’t think they offered a military discount, which some others did. But Custom Cleaners are the only ones who were able to pull through on short notice, and they did a spectacularly good job.
A second trip out, for them to clean a lanai and three glass door panes that I’d originally instructed them not clean (the owner pitched a fit even though the lease didn’t require these items to be cleaned and I decided the headache of fighting over it wasn’t worth it) ran $ 109 more including tax. I think this would have been included in the original price had I not instructed them otherwise, so I’m not including this in my evaluation of how much they cost.

So my mother is coming to visit next week, and of course my house isn’t ready. A friend told me about Tai over at Custom Cleaners Hawaii since they did house last time.
Tai and his crew did an awesome job. We have a big dog who is a retreiver mix, so sheds a bit of hair, but after the cleaning crew was done, the house was awesome!
I definitely will use them again. They got the floors and carpet totally clean and smelling good. Definitely suggest them.

Custom Cleaners is terrific. I had tenants that wanted to move in immediately. Only problem was I had the house vacant for over 3 months and the previous tenants did a quick vacuum, that’s it.
I had to call the professionals. Tai from Custom Cleaners has standards so high it’s as if he were cleaning a 5 Star resort. My carpets went from old and matted to new and fluffy. My hard wood floors looked like a dull basketball court and after Tai was done with it looks like my hard wood floors were recently installed.
I couldn’t be happier with the work and the open lines of communication with Custom Cleaners.
