Hi Town Fitness runs Boot Camps at the Beach and Personal Training. We use a wide variety of equipment to keep things fun and constantly varied. We use functional movements and we keeps things at a high intensity. No matter your fitness level, we’ll ease you into our type of training. Boot Camp classes are always at your own pace. We just provide the coaching, tools, and help motivate you.

Each class is different and varies in specific activity but all will leave you with a total-​body workout and cardio conditioning. A sampling of what we incorporate into our classes include:

— Sprinting

— Bear Crawls

— Lunges

— Battle Ropes

— Equipment Circuit Training

— TRX Days

— Plyometrics (squat jumps, clapping push-​ups, tuck jumps)

History

Established in 2011.

We started with just weekend classes with one person showing up. Now we’re full time and have 7 to 14 people showing up to each class. We continue to grow and improve to keep people coming back for more
