History
Established in 2015.
Cortney Chesnut was an event planner in California and moved to Hawaii in 2011. During her first year in Honolulu she worked for Kahala Hotel and Resort then moved on to work for Current Affairs Event Firm and Southern Wine and Spirits. While she dreamed of re-igniting Cortney Crane Events the moment she stepped foot in Hawaii she knew she would have to learn the island and event operations prior to re-starting her business. Now that she is acclimated and has decided to call Hawaii her permanent home she has finally taken that next step and launched her own boutique event planning and design firm in January, 2015.

Cortney has a unique approach to event planning and design, incorporating trends and styles from her travels abroad and extensive background in the business. She has studied and lived in four different countries, worked for several world renowned hotels and wedding venues and holds a Masters Degree in Business from Griffith University in Queensland, Australia.
Her attention to detail, love of design and warm, outgoing personality help her to create spectacular events while putting you at ease. Cortney works to incorporate that beautiful aloha spirit into every element of your event while keeping your personal style at the forefront.
She has worked intimate social parties and large corporate meetings to high profile executive events and celebrity weddings. Cortney, originlly from California, has spent most of her time in the stunning coastal towns of Santa Barbara and Manhattan Beach but she has found the tropical allure of Hawaii to be most inspirational in her work.
