So after spending hours finding a sofa and coffee table and making sure new ones were available in stock for delivery, I waited for the delivery which came 4 days later.
Unfortunately the coffee table was badly scuffed and the paint was chipped. It was even partially painted over to hide the damage in a different color paint!
The brand new sofa white sofa was not in factory protection, and was stained! Who would open a white sofa!!!
So I refused delivery…
I call to complain, and was then called back hours later saying there would be a redelivery. Considering the sales person told me there was only one sofa in stock, I asked is this new sofa in factory packaging? The answer was ‘I don’t know’
Um, this isn’t IKEA, this is a $ 3k sofa!!!

Great service from start to finish. Agi was a great help to my sister & me as we looked for a new sofa for my parents. Great selection of furniture to choose from. It was in stock & delivered just when they said it would be. Very pleased with our experience.

My parents bought a bed from CS Wo. HomeWorld yesterday. The bed was delivered but the workers did not have the appropriate tools to assemble it. We called today. No response from the company manager or worker. They left my poor 87 and 89 yr old parents hanging. Bed not assembled. They are scheduled to move into their new apt tomorrow. No bed to sleep in. They want to make my parents wait another 3 days? Really? Is this how you treat the elderly who have been loyal customers throughout the years? Manager has not called. It’s the next day already. No response. Next time you need a bed I would recommend you not get it from CS Wo.

OUTSTANDING service.
We purchased a whole bunch of furniture from this company a little over a year ago.
We dealt with 2 or 3 different sales associates since we made several visits before finalizing what we wanted (or what would fit into our new place) — and they were ALL so very professional and helpful. We even had an interior designer (planner) drop in to look at our new place, and brought printout of furniture and accessory pieces that she thought would go well with our living room, dining room, etc. What company goes out of their way to this extent to help? Her visit and assistance — of course, was with no obligation to purchase. She looked at our place, and she knew exactly which dining chairs would go with the dining room table that we selected even though we have never seen them in their showroom — she described them, and we looked them up on their website– and guess what, that’s what we decided on buying.
Anyway, fast forward to last week. We noticed that there was a crack on one of the legs of our dining table. We dug out our receipt — and wouldn’t you know it, our warranty expired a month ago! Feeling depressed, we thought, there would be no way that they would do anything for us (because the warranty expired) but we called them anyway.
The lady was very kind — and said that she would send over someone to look at the crack and he can determine if it is repairable. We got an appointment a week later — and the guy came over to look at the dining table. He took photos of the crack, looked at it from different angles, talked with us and said that he doesn’t think the table (leg) is repairable. He was going to create a report and submit that to C S Wo & Sons and they would contact us. in a few days.
Few days later, someone from C S Wo & Sons called, and said that they were going to REPLACE the broken table with BRAND NEW ONES! We were SO surprised and happy to hear this. The delivery guy brought over a brand new table, took away the old one with the crack — and that was that. The dining table was pretty expensive — so we were very very happy.
No hassle, no arguing, no one getting upset — everything was handled smoothly and we could tell that they truly care about their customer’s satisfaction and take pride in treating their customers with compassion and great swift service.
Delivery guys were great — they were right on time too.
Just amazing service — from beginning to end. Very rare nowadays.

I bought and paid for a full living room set — multiple leather pieces, 9 leather bar stools, full bedroom set — dresser, chest of drawers, 2 nite stands, a pub table, and a fake fireplace– Yep Big bucks!!!
I Had items delivered — multiple items found damaged — they had to take it back. Second try — couple more of the items damaged. Took those items back. Third try –bedroom set and bar stools good to go. Living room set — still having problems– suddenly delivery guys notice the stitching on the leather couches and love seat look funny and point it out to us. Store Is contacted and they send a Rep who confirms it. Takes back easy chair, couch, and love seat. At this point our living room has only a coffee table.
Called by Store weeks later to say they no longer carry the style we initially ordered. But they tell us to pick out another style at the old price — so we do — six weeks later the set is delivered — except easy chair is torn– take it back.
Next Re: delivery — I ask the delivery guys if there is any damage — they admit something is wrong with this one too — I decline it before it comes off the truck.
Weeks later re delivery — but they bring a love seat instead. So now I have 2 love seats. They say hold onto this one until they bring out an easy chair to exchange it. They arrive to exchange the love seat — but guess what is in the truck — another love seat???
Finally — I just tell them forget it already. They allow me to keep the love seat for the price of a easy chair.
This all happened in 2007.
It turns out the dark brown leather is really not leather — it’s like a painted on rubber, vinyl– like leather covering which is peeling off.
I am so disappointed — sad !!

I should have written this review sooner to warn people — we are now looking for a place to repair the bar stools.

Aloha! Not too long ago I purchased a queen-​plus (in-​between queen and Cal-​king) American Leather Comfort Sleeper and coordinating storage ottoman on casters from C.S. Wo Gallery. (This is a deluxe sofa bed sleeper with no springs, sag or bars.) I was delighted when it was delivered. The special order fabric matches perfectly with what I’ve created in the space. After a little time, the only thing I noticed is that the seat cushions slid forward after you sat for a while. I was aware of the construction of previous models but the manufacturer had modified their design and apparently realized this later (which is perhaps why they provided new cushions for me at no cost). Although it did take a little time and coordination with their store manager, Larry Campman, (I think he’s over loaded) my new cushions arrived today and I am happy as a clam! They have been manufactured with a slip-​resistant bottom side material that should keep them in place.
If you are in the market for a new sofa bed/​sleeper, I highly recommend American Leather that C.S. Wo Gallery features. We slept on it for the first 4 months until we moved to the new place and got a regular Cal-​king bed. It was more comfortable than my «Vera Wang» mattress from Serta.
I love all of my purchases from C.S. Wo and especially appreciate the personal and attentive assistance from the various sales associates I’ve dealt with in the past 4 plus years. Rosa, Helen, Sheila, Laure, Karen and Linda, to name a few. Any of them will provide the utmost in service. Alycia is the front office manager and between her and Tatiana, they keep the refreshment tray in full stock in addition to coordinating your delivery etc. I look forward to the next time I need to shop for furniture, as C.S. Wo Gallery is the first name that comes to my mind. Aloha and mahalo!

Originally I posted a two star review because I was totally snubbed thie first time I came in. But the furniture was such high quality and tje prices were good value that I went back and was immediately greeted by someone. Ahe was very patient with me. I was working with a designer and made several visits before purchasing several pieces. I was able to utilize their designer discount which was fantastic. The delivery was also quick. I recommend this store to all my family and friends looking to furnish their home or looking to get fresh ideas on home design. I have visited the store on a number of occasions, and was always greeted by a friendly sales associate. Wonderful selection to fit any one’s personal style. High quality and a wide assortment of furniture. I love the way the store space is utilized because it helps me visualize ideas for my home/​rooms. This store also has fresh and frequently updated furnishings. I worked with and recommend working with Isaac Sakata!

I ordered some furnitures. I paid with my AMEX and a check. I asked a staff to call my friend about the date of delivering because I was out of HAWAII. They called my friend and told her that they would deliver my furnitures to thier concerning person. So I called them about the reason why. To my surprise, they asked me why should they deliver furnitures to me, card number and account number are their concerning person’s ??? So I asked them to comfirm the number of AMEX and account. They said «the same » !!! But already bill was paid from my account. They declined to return my furnitures to me. I told them I would call
police. Eventurelly they RETURNED my furnitures .
If they apologized me, I would not write this review. Exactly their furnitures are exellent, but some staffs are crazy .
Female should not visit this store alone.

I bought a sofa and two chairs from CS Wo in 2006. It was very expensive The casters fell off the Ottoman. I put them on again but they fell off Larry I believe the manager said he will call me to help me have someone repair it. I never received a call.

A representative was quick to respond with an apology following my earlier review, which was appreciated.

Furniture selection is nice, prices are reasonable. The office girls are so pleasant. Tatiana and Alicia, very professional and made my shopping experience great. Spending so much time and money it really helps when the staff are so cheerful

I change my 1 star review to 5 stars for C S Wo Gallery.
I cannot access my Unilocal account to edit my review, so Unilocal user support told me to open a new account instead. I originally joined Unilocal because I thought I could update my reviews later as businesses will always improve based on customer input.
Original concern was that it would take months to get parts for an electronic chair that wouldn’t work. C S Wo worked on a solution. When the chair broke down again, they gave the name of a repair person. Years later STILL HAVE THE CHAIR. YEAAAAA!

Mr. Curtis M. in furniture sales is very talented and knowledgeable. He is very approachable and works to realistically plan an appropriate furniture fit for your needs. He is a great asset to the professional team of CS Wo. We enjoyed our meetings to determine the right furniture fit for our home and after 6 months are happy to have made the acquaintance and choice. We did not feel pressured but welcomed. The education obtained from Curtis regarding the make of certain furnitures was very educational; he even directed us to the manufacturers online to read up on how the furniture was made. Very impressive indeed. Thanks Curtis.

Really nice accessories, and very nice service…

The last time I set foot into this store was when I was shopping for furniture back in the late-90’s for my place. At that time I was amazed by the furniture that came along with an amazing price tag. Good to look around but a little too much for me…
I came here yesterday with a friend who was looking for some furniture for his spare bedroom after going to several places. Perhaps it was a weekday morning so the parking lot was quite empty as we pulled in shortly after 10am.
As we walked into the store, I was overwhelmed with the nice décor which had Asian themes here and there. On the floor there were several sales associates who were friendly greeting us and made sure we were doing fine.
Once again, this place is amazing with outstanding and exotic furniture with «amazing» price tags. I don’t think this is a place for me to shop at this stage in life but something to consider should I reach there. Our sales associate was Helen and she was so accommodating and friendly. She had some humor but was very professional when it mattered.
NOTE: I was amazed of the refreshment center that had coffee and some cookies which were not generic.

.Me and my husband came here to look around for bed platform and I saw a really majestic one for $ 5,000 It was really beautiful, it was a 4 post and has carvings on every corner of the post.
Rating this store honestly I was a bit torn whether it’s a 4 star of 5 star because they have a lot of nice furniture and most of them are Tommy Bahamas, and I think they are in family with Neiman Marcus that’s why it’s so expensive.
But I give them a 5 because the atmosphere of the place is very nice; furniture are really fancy, and good quality, but I think it really just caters to the upper class people, or to those with deep pockets hehe…
But over all I recommend that if you are the type that don’t care about the price of furniture then I recommend this place, they really have unique stuff.

Since I’m still a student, I can’t afford anything in this store, but I still love looking at the beautiful furniture that I will own once I do get a job! LoL.
Shhh…don’t tell anyone I told you, but the coffee and treats on the CS Wo side is much better than the Homeworld side. LoL. They’re connected in the inside so just sneak over! I promise I won’t tell! LoL.

Definitely targeted towards older Caucasians and the wealthy people from Asia who move to Hawaii to have timeshares in Hawaii. The furniture is hotel-y…Hawaiian-y. So expensive. Nothing appealed to me. They have a couple things upstairs that are not super Hawaiian-​y, but they were ridiculously priced. Not my type of furniture at all, even if I had enough money to buy it… they need more variety. Everything is all one look.
