Very poor service! 1st appt — seen 1 hr late! 3rd appt — after flying in from outer island to transport mother to their facility, rec’d call that a.m. of appt being canceled. Was told would be called that next week for rescheduling — never got a call. Nursing facility calls CR Newton as to when they’d be coming to nursing home since they cxl’d prior — 4th appt set up. Day of 4th appt — nursing facility advised of them getting call by CR Newton of them canceling appt once again. For a prosthesis, suggest you go to one of the other two firms in Honolulu providing such service.
