Awesome experience, in an out within an hour, all staff (receptionist, X-​ray tech, MA and 2 PAs) all super friendly. The 2 PAs were competent and patient with explaining everything (diagnosis, treatment, and follow up)

I was referred here by my best friend who is a primary care physician. I texted her pics of my son’s finger that got jammed at a baseball game and she said don’t go to the ER go to all access ortho. I didn’t know there was such thing as an Urgent Care Orthopedic! What a great concept, I’m so glad I found this place.
Directions: Going East bound take the Punahou/​Waikiki cut off and take right on punahou st and right on Beretania st. Get into your left lane, after you pass Kalakaua street look for parking entrance on your left. It’s across from the 76 gas station and before Keeaumoku st.
All Access Ortho is right on the Main Lobby Floor right outside of Juicy Brew.
I gave the front desk my insurance forms and filled out about 6 sheets of paper work. I waited 5 minutes and they called me in. I was here because yesterday during a baseball game my son jammed his finger in the base and it was still swollen. They x-​rayed his finger and the physicians assistant explained to me the results, xrays and severity, answered my questions and I was done. He had great bedside manner, was professional and was joking around with my son. Luckily it’s not too serious but if I ever need to see an ortho again I would come here. I gotta share the info about this place to the other baseball moms it saves a lot of time rather than going to the ER. Although the physicians assistant helped me he was in contact with Dr Blum over the phone to ensure the correct recommendations were made. All Access Ortho also has an office in Mililani.
They took HMSA and will invoice me. The parking cost was 1 $ validated. HUGE pro about this place is Juicy Brew Is Right Outside SO You Can Get Coffee and try their delicious healthy food before or after the visit.

If you ever need your knees or elbows or other orthopedic stuff looked at, check these guys out. A walk in style place that really care about you getting better, and friendly staff!

No need referrals from yr PCP! No scheduling an appointment just walk in! Just prepared to fill out paperwork and I mean paperwork I lost count after the 5^th page. The staff is efficient and prompt. After a few X-​rays I was seen by Brittany, PA. In less than an hour I was out with my treatment plan. Free 1 hr parking with validation! Don’t hesitate if you have aches and pains. Just come here.

This place is a well oiled machine. Don’t need an appointment, you can just walk in. I came in first thing in the morning, and there was a line to check in, but it went fast. Filled out my paperwork, was pulled in for a brief consult with a PA, x-​rayed, consulted again with the PA, and then prescribed PT and prescriptions. In and out in a little over an hour.
They take No-​fault, work comp, and all insurance plans.

One of my more pleasant medical experiences. The people are terrific, fast, and professional. Much better than waiting in (and waisting the resources of the ER) and much faster than scheduling a GP appointment. They have the XRay right there and will schedule follow ups with MRI and specialist if need be. A completely painless experience all around. A+

After reading the signs and passing this place for over a year and a half. I finally needed to use their services. This place is specifically a orthopedic urgent care! So much better than going to the ER! No long waits! Lots of parking and the first hour is free!
The staff was very friendly and efficient. The place was very clean and organized.
I went in on a Saturday after suffering for 5 months. I was in there for less than a hour from checking in, filling out forms, X-​rays to being seen and being diagnosed. Within a few minutes of one of the attending doctors, he tells me I have frozen shoulder, in both arms. I left with a prescription for PT. And hoping that would help. If not then I might have to go through with the shoulder manipulation. Which I eventually had to do. Which I did with Dr. Kan upstairs on the 6^th floor.
I’m very satisfied with the service I had with the staff! I highly recommend this place!

I went there because I stepped on a sea urchin. Personal was very nice and friendly, and the service was great. The doctor explained everything very carefully and was very helpful. When we explained we were flying back to mainland U.S. that afternoon he gave me painkillers and a note for the airline asking for special attendance as I couldn’t walk very well. They also took x-​rays of my foot to make sure the spines had not reached the bone.
Also, there is a Longs Drugs/​CVS in the same building so it comes very handy. And finally, the building were this doctor is has a big nice parking and the fist hour is free if you are at the doctor, second hour is $ 2.

I was referred to All Access Ortho by my primary physician when my sprained ankle apparently was actually a broken ankle. I told him that I could just go to my regular orthopedic physician, but he said that this would be faster. I didn’t want to argue with him, so off I went.
All Access Ortho is located on the bottom floor of Hale Pawaa on Beretanis Street. There is another driveway on Young Street. The building has a paid parking lot, but All Access Ortho does provide validation for up to an hour (please double check with receptionist).
I showed up and checked in. There is a lot of paperwork, so be prepared. There are chairs, a sofa, an TV in the waiting room. It is very nice in there.
They have their own X-​ray room, so you don’t have to go around to one place for X-​rays and then back to the doctor. That’s convenient. The exam rooms are large and very clean.
I have only encountered Brit and Kate, both PAs. They both have great bedside manner and are very personable. They were patient and are happy to answer all your questions. I am so happy with the PAs, that I brought my daughter here to be seen for her knee injury.
So you may be wondering why not a 5 star rating. I have an issue with the front staff and people who answer the phones. I have lost a note or needed a note to be more specific for my daughter’s school. Either messages don’t get passed, no call backs, or just not even answering the phone. I’m not talking like waiting more than a few hours, I mean like all day, and still no call back the next day. It can be really frustrating.
So, if you are in a bind and can’t wait for an orthopedic doctor to see you, then I recommend you come here!

I would of given 5 stars because in all these years I finally got help for my back problems at the Mililani location. I just don’t understand I had called regarding a medication that was perscribed to me that did not work and they could not change my perscription or mg? when I stated what other types of medications I currently take. The answer I got was I had to go to my regular doctor and they had to take care of me. When clearly I was perscribed the medication by the doctor that was working that evening. I am just having a hard time becuase the reason why I decided to go to All Access Ortho is because my doctors office was booked untill Monday and I was in so much pain. So I guess if they perscribe you medications and for some reason they dont work you will have to go back to your regular doctor and have them take care of you. Thats if you are already taking medications.
Other than that I had great service from the receptionist, xray tech and the doctor that saw me all of them were very friendly and helpfull.

Injured? In pain? Boy, oh boy, do I have the solution for you! Skip that long wait at the emergency room or forget trying to make an appointment with a doctor and head to All Access Ortho at the Hale Pawa’a building on the corner of Keeaumoku and Young.
During my two visits to All Access Ortho (#injuryprone), I have probably waited a total of ten minutes. TEN MINUTES. Not hours, literally, shorter than my wait at my regular doctor visits. This place is straight genius. You sign in, wait (remember, it’s a short wait, woohoo!), get called in, probably take an x-​ray, take your vitals, get your prescription, and #BOOM you.are.done. I know, I know, you think I’m joking. But I’ve never been more serious and love that it’s so fast to be seen and get the treatment your injury needs. (Side note: they do worker’s comp injuries, too!)
Everyone is really nice! Parking is convenient and the Hale Pawa’a building is really nice, too. If you need to get PT, JACO is in the building, too. If you need a prescription filled, there’s a Longs Pharmacy literally steps away! If you don’t have to go to the emergency room and have a medium grade injury, I can’t suggest anything better than All Access Ortho. #bestoptionoutthere #andnowyouknow

I took my sister-​in-​law to All Access Ortho this morning for her broken foot. We tried to get her an appoinment with Dr. Darryl Kan or Dr. Blum, but both were booked all day today. Their receptionist suggested that we take her to All Access Ortho instead since it was a walk-​in urgent care clinic; no appointment necessary.
All Access Ortho was efficient from the time we walked in (well, hobbled in for my sister-​in-​law) to the time we left. We got there a little before 10:00 am, filled out the paper work, got called in within minutes of finishing the paper work, got xrays, got examined by two PAs, concurrence from Dr. Blum upstairs, scheduled a follow-​up appointment, and we were out the door. I looked at my watch when we left. My watch read 10:54 am. Super duper efficient!
Everyone at All Access Ortho was super nice and professional. The receptionist could smile a little more, but who knows… perhaps she was having a bad moment. It was Monday morning after all. This urgent care clinic accepts those suffering from cuts, broken bones, and sprains and accepts workers compensation cases. Patients are examined by physician assistants (PAs). If a patient needs to be examined by an orthopedic surgeon, the patient can be referred upstairs to Dr. Blum or Dr. Kan. The place is clean and spacious with an xray room and examination room. My sister-​in-​law felt at ease and was relieved to find out that she didn’t need a cast or require surgery; just time to heal. Yay!
All Access Ortho is conveniently located in the Hale Pawaa on the ground floor in room 102. It is open seven days a week: Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 8:00 pm and Saturday and Sunday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Why go to the ER and spend about four hours to get a cut or sprain examined when you can spend one hour at All Access Ortho? Fantastic! Thank you All Access Ortho for taking care of my sister-​in-​law.

One of the best orthopedic surgeons in Hawaii is Ortho Asso and one of them is Dr. Daniel Singer, specializing in the hand. Ask me if you want to know.

I have taken myself and every member of my family here since they opened. I always loved it and referred tons of my patients to them. Last week my husband strained his back and we couldn’t get in to our PCP because it was the weekend. We saw Brittni the PA and our experience was terrible. First off she assessed my husband by barely touching (the wrong part of his back) then treated him like a drug seeker when he asked for something for pain. I am a Nurse Practitioner and my husband is an RN and honestly I have never been treated so rudely. The entire time she treated us like we are a HUGE inconvenience. I will give them another try but will definitely call ahead to see if she is working. Judging from some of the other reviews I know I am not alone in this

I wish all doctors were this efficient.
Have you ever been to a doctor’s office where you walk in at your appointment time, later to find out that the doctor won’t see you for at least another hour? This stuff doesn’t happen here.
On my first visit, the longest part of the whole thing was filling out the medical forms. Once I did that, they took me into the xray room to get me xray’ed immediately, and then off to your doctor visiting you.
Now, just on the wait alone, I would give them 5 stars because I hate waiting for the doctor to see you. The icing on the cake was the staff here. Not only is the staff here efficient and nice, the PA’s and the doctor’s are extremely knowledgeable. I’ve never had doctors or assistants give me as much detail as All Access Ortho did. Never a «I don’t know» or «I’ll check on it for you». These guys know their stuff.
All Access Ortho is also open in a convenient time and parking is quite the breeze. They do walk ins and take major forms of insurance also.

Located on 1 °F of Hale Pawaa Bldg. Entering the building, you see Mina Pharmacy on your right, and All Access Ortho on your left.
I was advised to come here by Orthopedic Associates, as this is a walk in clinic and they can take X Ray and MRI if needed. And when I see a doctor at the Orthopedic Associates on an appointment date, doctor can see X Ray or/​and MRI result.
Only one time visit review: Everything was very smooth and no wait time, clear advises from physician assistant for my problem.

This worked out really well. I took my great Aunt here for X-​Rays and ended up staying for treatment.
BBC America was on in the stylish waiting room with comfortable chairs that made me not want to leave to go back to work.
It was a great one stop shop for our ortho needs. They had the X-​Ray and diagnosis right away and got a cast molded and on within a half hour. They took great care of Aunty and were fun and friendly.

If you have any sprain, fracture, pulled muscle, ache, pain, and need a diagnosis or treatment, come here for all your orthopedic needs!
All Access Ortho is brand spanking new. I believe it’s only been open since Nov 2013. The facilities are gorgeous and make you forget you’re going to an Urgent Care facility (I usually associate those with the words grungy, small, uncomfortable, etc). Located in the Hale Pa’awa building on the corner of Keeamoku. and Beretania, parking is free for first hour, $ 1.00 for each half an hour after that with validation.
Depending on how many people there are, you may just be able to get in and out under that time!
The staff is VERY competent. They have several awesome PAs round the clock who can attend to just about anything. Patrick is your man! It’s amazing because they have on-​site imaging– X-​ray & MRI so you usually don’t have a super long wait time (one of the biggest reasons why you wait so long in the ED). They can cast you right there, perform small procedures, etc.
The doctors/​founders of this clinic are from the well-​respected Orthopedic Associates of Hawaii group which is located on the 7^th floor of this building. Some of them cover time down here, but most of the time they are upstairs manning their own private clinic and patient base. If you already see one of the docs there, have an acute problem come up, and are unable to make an appointment with them because they’re booked for the next few weeks (as they usually are), I would recommend coming here because they will have all your records on file and will be able to get in touch with your specific doc if you require follow up. They can also refer you to the physical therapy group that they work with (also located in the same building) if you will need some PT.
Voila! All those long wait times spent at the ED just to end up having a ED physician tell you to see a specialist anyway and send you on your way with pain meds??? Solved! If you have a problem RELATED TO ORTHOPEDICS in some way, I would highly recommend skipping the ED and coming here. They take both appointments and walk-​ins, and they’re open until 8pm!!!
They take most types of major insurance and even some HMSA-​Quest patients. If you don’t have insurance though, you will definitely need to pay out of pocket then and there I believe.

I recently fractured my foot after a misstep in a pair of cute but not well designed platform shoes. I dreaded the hassle of going to the ER. What a stroke of luck that my friend told me about All Access Orthro!
This is a five X five star operation!
Five star #1: No three-​hour delay. They have a great system that got me in and out within an hour!
Five star #2: No infectious germs in the waiting room. It was nice that the few brief minutes spent in the waiting room was with fellow klutzes instead of with influenza and other contagious patients.
Five star #3: Everyone is really nice! The entire staff including the receptionist, X-​ray technician, boot fitter and docs are helpful, patient and pleasant.
Five Star #4: Everything is in-​house! No wheelchair or additional hobbling needed because their office has its own X-​ray machine. You won’t even need to go to another location for a cast or appliance because AAO fits you right in the examining room!
Five star #1: They automatically send records, images and reports to your primary physician! That adds to my confidence in their professionalism and service.
I highly recommend that those with orthopedic injuries seek All Access Orthro. You will save time and be well cared for.
