Argh. I showed up at 8:15 am, my appointment time and when I signed in I counted 5 patients that had signed in at 8:00. I was put in a room after about 15 minutes and waited a total of an hour. When Dr. Harpstrite finally came in, he looked at a blank page, made a mark, asked me 1 question confirming that I had had a shot with minimum results. Didn’t bother to ask me about continuing symptoms, or where the pain was coming from, didn’t examine me at all and after less than a minute determined that unless I needed surgery he couldn’t help me. Gave me information for a spine surgeon and a pain clinic and left the room. In front of a med student I might add. I have never felt so discounted as I did that day. Not to mention that he had taken 1 ½ hours out of my day that I could have used for something constructive. I would not recommend him to anyone.
