One of several ABC stores in the Hilton Hawaiian Village makes for a convenient and much cheaper place to pick up some snacks and treats! Of course they have more than just food. If you needed makeup or clothing then they have you covered. This is also a cheaper way to buy some spirits. They offer a good variety of red and white wine as well as a good selection of liquor. They make it convenient while you are enjoying vacation!

This location was our go-to stop while staying at the Hilton Hawaiian Village. Without leaving the hotel grounds, you get a clean and well-organized convenience store with a wide variety of snacks, drinks, and souvenirs. The prices can be a little high, but they’re still reasonable considering you’re at a resort. The grab-and-go food section had some nice options; we enjoyed a quinoa salad, fruit and cheese plate, and the ever-popular Spam musubi. The food wasn’t earth-shattering, but it did the job, and it was a hell of a lot cheaper than a hotel meal. This was also a great place to stock up on bottled water. The souvenirs were a little kitschy, of course, but not excessively cheesy. Beach and swim wear is available in case you forgot anything. I’m a big fan, and would love to see more of these stores in other popular hotel/resort areas.

Is it possible to be in love with a store? If so, I love the larger ABC stores! And this is one of them that’s conveniently located in the Hilton resort. They have a large selection of everything that each tourists love: Hawaiian gifts/souvenirs; from key chains to kitchen goods. They have it all. Now, not all prices are expensive. You’ll have to shop at the right time bc they’ll have additional sale or percentage off during promotions. Additional, they have a wide selection of alcohol and food. They have a variety of quick lunches and snacks for those on the go. Why sit 30 – 40 mins to wait for your pizza when there’s a selection of spam musubi and Japanese obento to try out? On top of that, they’re cheaper compared to restaurants around the Hilton village area. The reason I gave them only four stars bc of five bc the cashier was not friendly. I also didn’t get any help from sale associates on the floor. I don’t think they’re fully staffed so the cashier was in a hurry to get me out of the door. I’m excited to go to the super ABC store! I heard it’s more amazing than this one.

ABC Stores is the Walgreen’s of Hawaii. There’s souvenirs, drinks, snacks, toiletries, etc. I needed cans of guava juice, so I picked up four here for 79 cents each. I also got assorted macadamia nuts for $ 5 each and guava jam for $ 10. Conveniently located near the Hilton Waikiki.

What’s there not to like about an ABC store. They have what you need or pretty close to it, decent prices, quick check out and quirky touristy stuff.

I know a 4-Star rating for an ABC Store is high, though I am speaking for ALL the ABC Stores on Island. It’s a chain similar to the 7 – 11 and Lawson Station with similar items for sale, HOWEVER… they have much, much more for the tourist and happy local as well. I come to Waikiki Beach often and LOVE to go into the various ABC’s there. I always find something to get. This time I found some Hot Sauce Dark Chocolates and a Sammy that was so large, my wife and I shared it. Prices are fair, considering you’re on the world famous Waikiki Beach… I am sure every tourist and local alike have been to at least one ABC and have a tale to share… talk story and make your way to one. It’s fun!

Decent selection of materials if you’re allowed to buy anything. I think I had to prove more forms of identity when I bought a house. the cashiers and manager are not smart and I don’t think the manager even speaks English. Stay away from this store if you want to have a reasonable vacation free of stress.

Yeah ! ABC stores rock ! Inside you shall find –A great selection of airplane mini bottles to full size premium bottles of alcohol –Keychains, post cards, and various other souvenirs –Food and drinks similar to what you might find at a 7 – 11 –Cosmetics and toiletries –Beach wear –More Macadamia nuts then you can imagine, in all favours and sizes from single serve bags, to boxes to bring home(if they don’t all get eaten first !) try the Milk Chocolate Toffee — it’s like crack ! All In all this is the perfect one stop shop for everything you need for your Hawaiian vacation needs. They are open late and staff is friendly. Save your receipts for a free gift !

Good when it’s good, bad when it’s bad, though that depends on the time of day and crowd. The staff is great and the patrons range from sane tourists to biotchy tourists.

Good and quick. They also carry Bubbies Mochi Ice Cream, have a larger selection of floaties and sand toys, and have much better hats this year. Most ABC stores carry the same things. Of course some are bigger than others.

Waikiki pricey, but still cheaper snack than most sit down restaurants in Hilton Hawaii village or its Starbucks. Also conveniently packs all the things you forgot to take with you on your vacation.

Rude cashiers and crazy prices $ 4 for a quart of milk?! I know prices are crazy in Waikiki, but this place in particular really seems to stick it to the customer in both pricing and service.

I love ABC Stores. Yes, it can be a litle pricey, but when they have sales it’s worth it. Picked up some magnets, t-shirts and little kitchy things as gifts. This store is very clean and has a great selection. Customer service was so nice and accommodating!

Not my fav of ABC stores I’ve visited. I just went in there for water but wasn’t impressed with the employees. Hum drum. nothing special. Also, the big bottle of water was .99 but we only noticed it(in a cooler filled with ice at the front of the store) AFTER we’d already paid around the same price for smaller bottles. Anyway, I had them swap them out for me.

They’ve got what you want… oh yes, oh yes. It’s a tad overpriced… but in comparison to some of the other corner store styled shops, they’re priced alright. When you’re a mile away from your hotel and you realize you forgot something… chances are one of these shops are on a corner nearby and have what you need. :)

I love the ABC stores around Waikiki. This one just happened to be the one we frequent the most since it was right across our hotel. I must have stopped by there about once to twice a day. That’s were we picked up snacks for little day trips and were we got some souvenirs. For every 100 $ you spend, you get a free gift. I got a mug so that it can remind me of my trip. My favorite buys were the Spam Musubis, the Sushi Maki Rolls, and the macadamia nuts of course. The prices are a bit high but you can’t beat the convenience!

When I was in college I worked at a show which was at the Hilton and I visited this ABC almost on a daily basis. Egg salad sandwiches, fruit salad, chips, ice tea, they’ve got it all! Much like every other ABC in Waikiki, they’ve got snacks, sundries and souvenirs galore. This store is always cranking because of the sheer foot traffic. It’s not nearly as big as other ABC stores in Waikiki but the cashiers are really quick to ring you and get you out the door. Unilocal 365 Challenge: #249/365(The ABC Store)

ABC Store. How I love you so. From the spam musubis to the Hawaiian drinks, to the macadamia nut snacks, this place never seems to disappoint. Pretty much the Hawaiian version off 7 – 11, ABC stores are pretty much open 24/7, there to satisfy your hungers and souvenir shopping needs. I’m all about the macadamia nuts, spam musubi and Hawaiian drinks, and this place has tons of it. With a location on pretty much every block, you’ll never go hungry nor thirsty in Honolulu. If you’re traveling with a family or staying at a hotel, this is a great place to stock up on drinks and snacks so that you don’t get ripped off by the hotel mini bar. Even if you’re looking for sliced fruit, ABC store has everything from cantaloupe to papaya. The best part for tourist shopping? Their gold card. Buy in increments of $ 100 and you get little prizes. I got some sea turtle mug for spending $ 100. Stupid, but I’ll take it. You can’t possibly go to Hawaii and not stop by an ABC Store. It’s almost sacrilegious.

If 7 – 11 was built for tourists they would be called ABC. Everything you need that you forgot to pack and everything you want to bring back as souvenirs in one convenient shopping location. And even though they are gouging you you feel ok because instead of the $ 5.00 bottle of water the hotel charges you for, they only charge $ 2.50. Still, the customer service is good and the store is always full of people buying water and booze. All in all I recommend this place to those of us visiting and in need.
