Hands-​down the best I have ever gone to/​tried. Lai and Minn are seriously an amazing power couple who understands quality over quantity and always (yes, always) gives excellent customer service. I have never walked out of their shop dissatisfied. Their use of quality products and superior work ethic in creating the best nails possible, is greatly appreciated. My manicured gel nails lasts on average 4 – 5 weeks; no chips, no breaks, color still brilliant. My toe nails are even better and can last up to 6 weeks with the rhinestones still on! As I mentioned, Lai and Minn only use the highest of quality products. Now I don’t recommend you not seeing them for that long (your nails will grow out — but if you get a Frech or color tips, it’s not that noticable at all), but it’s nice to know that I’m paying for the «real» stuff that lasts, especially when my hectic work schedule doesn’t allow me the time to get properly pampered. My mother-​in-​law, who has gone to them for over 20 years, is the person who recommended me to them. I just wish I only knew about this salon years ago instead of paying for cheap, fast, out-​the-​door-​so-​the-​next-​customer-​can-​be-​serviced places that give me nails that maybe last 2 & ½ weeks. And if you’re wondering about price, let’s just say for the price that they charge and the amazing services they provide every time, I KNOW I’m getting the best value. I stronly recommend those who are interested to call beforehand and book an appointment. The shop is run by this husband and wife only and have many long-​time loyal customers so walking in might not be the best bet. Free parking in the back and easy to find location (across from Zippy’s on School St) is also very much appreciated.

Lai and her husband run this small nail salon. Lai is meticulous and spends as much time on you as needed to make sure your nails are perfect. If she is running late, or can take you earlier, she is very good about calling. She doesn’t do any of the fancy, blingy nail decorations, which is fine by me, since most of her clientele are professional women who have been going to her for decades. But, she will do an occasional flower or rhinestone. She does use the best products and the latest technology. When I first tried to make an appointment, about 5 months ago, I didn’t know they were closed on Sundays. I left a message, she called me back and said that she and her husband went into their shop to check things out and, since they were there, she was happy to do my nails. Great customer service! I’ll never go anywhere else again.

I am a regular at A Nail Salon and I love it! I have been going here for about 10 years now and wouldn’t consider getting my nails done anywhere else. I have been to a few other places and they just don’t compare. The shop is owned and run by a husband and wife duo that have been in business for over 20 years. They use the best quality products, have great customer service, and keep their salon really clean.
The majority of their clients are regulars, so they recommend making an appointment, but if their schedule permits, they will take walk ins. I have referred many friends here and they have all loved it! Good people and great service that can’t be beat!
