Came to see Ron to have him install Reverse Sensors on my truck & I am more than pleased with his work. He not only did a great job for a reasonable price… he was quick. For something that I thought would take several hours… he took about half the time estimated. Definitely going back to him soon to have him do my HID lights

Not looking to blast these guys but let me give you the whole story.
Race Factory went under in Honolulu — probably for the best, I wasn’t impressed with the guys they had in there before. Anyhow, I call and get connected with this new shop who took over their venue as my HID’s which I had installed there were giving me trouble (one side went out). The guy who answers says their still honoring the warranties through the manufacturer in-​house and to bring my vehicle by.
Stopped in today when they opened — the guy tells me that they’ll honor it but depending on the issue, the deductible for the broken part will either be $ 50 or $ 80 (bulb vs. ballast).
Wait, what? So the ad I see in Street Pulse for your venue advertising HID’s for $ 49 dollars, that’s incorrect? And then you want to tack on another $ 80 dollars for labor charges? So much for being covered under a lifetime limited warranty. I’d of been less offended if you’d of just told me that you wouldn’t honor the warranty but it would cost $XX dollars to install a new kit.
Whatever the case, I wouldn’t recommend this place. I found a shop in town to give me a brand new set of AC 35w HID’s w/​bulbs for $ 50 bucks, along with a 1 year warranty on parts, and I just ended up doing the install myself (although I’d of rather paid a professional, it was easy enough).
Thanks for teaching me two important things today guys — installing HID’s is easy (even if you have to drop your front bumper) and just because something says its covered doesn’t mean it is (even though you’re a vendor of the product like the previous establishment).

Came here to get the lights on my car replaced with HIDs and LEDs. The sales rep was very knowledgable and professional. I noticed, though the showroom was busy, the sales person acknowledged every customer who walked in.
Had the option of installing my own HIDs with one year warranty or having them installed by their mechanic with lifetime warranty. Personally I prefer piece of mind, so I had the shop install them. Because of this he gave me a price break.
Installation took about an hr as was quoted by the sales person. Installer noticed my headlamps were oxidized and asked if I wanted them cleaned. I was in and out within an hr and a half.
Very happy with my experience here. Not the cheapest shop in town but if you value quality and customer service I recommend this place. Glad the installer pointed out the oxidization… my headlamps look like new!
