A NIGHTMARE!!! I met with them on a Sunday. I needed financing for a $ 12,000 vehicle. They told me that they needed a $ 500 deposit for a loan and would hold my check until I was approved. They said they couldn’t do anything that day and would take care of it on Monday. After 3 days of waiting I checked my account and saw that they had deposited my check without me even getting the loan approval. I had to go to the bank myself and talk to them. After the owner of the dealer, Mark had ran my credit multiple times I was denied the loan. I asked for my $ 500 back and he refused. He said «you lied about your credit and wasted my time». I told him he needed to give me back my $$$$ or get me another loan. Another day later he was asking me for another $ 2,000 for a different loan. I had already spent 5 days running around to banks and calling my insurance company trying to get them all the info they needed to make things happen, and in the end they wanted another $ 2,000, hurt my credit and still refuse to give me back my $ 500. Now it’s been 6 days. I tried calling them to get my $$$ back and his wife yelled at me and insulted me on the phone. He’s ignoring my phone calls and I’m out $ 500. He basically stole $ 500 from a hard working father of 3 with a wife that’s about to give birth to my 4^th child in 3 weeks. This guy is not from Hawaii and definitely not from the U.S. His business practices and morales are horrible and needs to be stopped. Were definitely going to take the necessary steps to get justice and get the message out about this guy. You can’t treat and take advantage of people that way. Especially in a beautiful place like Hawaii were we really try to love and take care of each other.
