Established in 2013.

Internal Shield first started out as TopShotPC, after one year of servicing and helping out the community of Miami-​Dade, the owner, Carlos decieded to give it a more professional name, in hopes of later advancing and expanding the business forward to cover more services.

Carlos was born in Bridgeport, CT and raised in Miami, FL. At a young age, Carlos was fascinated with technology and computers. At the age of 7, Carlos got his first computer and from there on out, his love for computers expanded. After serving in the US Army after graduating High School, Carlos is back home and realized he wants to still give back and serve his community, but this time, with his love and knowledge of computers. In 2013, Carlos got the idea of opening up a small Computer Repair business in hopes of helping the community save money and time when their computers are in need of a virus removal or tune-​ups. Internal Shield has saved hundreds of dollars of local community residents, comparing to GeekSquad, his services are literally $ 169 cheaper!
