99 Restaurant & Pub

I frequent this Astablishment every time I shop with my three daughters but when I order the chicken wing they are always dry and scorch. I’ll just keep going there for the drinks.

Honestly, I don’t know why people eat here. I walked in and it smelled like baby formula. The smell alone was making my stomach turn. The service was eh… I didn’t even eat my food and the waitress never asked me why. I will never come here again. I should have gone to McDs!

My girlfriend and I stopped in here on the way to Vermont. We sat down and were given menus by the host. We sat for ten minutes and no one ever came over to take our order. It was not bust and there were at leas 3 – 4 waiters and waitresses standing around taking to each other. We left after 12 minutes without ever been asked what we want.

Good casual dinning. This 99 is right inside the Holyoke mall, we did some shopping and had a nice dinner. The turkey tips were great, they have been a mainstay on their menu for years! They were slammed, but still got us in and out pretty quickly.

The food was good & everyone was happy. But I left my iPhone the table when I left. I did a find-​my-​iPhone, came back about an hour later & the manager had it in the safe in the back.

Standard steak tips, pilaf and Cole slaw lunch. All were good as to be expected. Bartender was indifferent and emotionless…

I’ve been here a few times. I like to sit at the bar, but I find the service is kind of slow, even in the middle of the day. You have to try for awhile to get the bartender’s attention. But it’s not because they’re lazy, it’s because there’s one person with a lot to do. They’re always busy, always cleaning, and pretty nice. And I can relax with a drink while I wait… not a big deal. The food is amazing, especially the corn chowder. The Hawaiian Vacation is a must try alcoholic drink if you like pineapple and mango flavors. Definitely a good restaurant overall.

Ninety Nine Restaurant and Pub is a classic New England casual sit-​down eatery with locations all over the region. You normally find 99 Restaurants sitting on the «pads» around shopping malls, but this one is located inside the Holyoke Mall up on the top level and near the Apple Store.
The menu at 99 is a nice mix of bar appetizers, soups, salads, sandwiches, wraps, and burgers, along with steaks, seafood, chicken and turkey dinners. One of my favorite features is the free bowl of popcorn which is brought to your table while you’re busy pouring over the menu. They also have a full bar with an assortment of wine, plenty of beer on tap, and freshly-​mixed cocktails.
I was there for dinner, and tried their new Cod Bruschetta meal which was a North Atlantic cod filet that was dusted with seasoned bread crumbs and then oven roasted with fresh roma tomatoes seasoned with garlic, olive oil and fresh basil. That was served with fresh asparagus and roasted red potatoes. That came with a side salad, and I added a cup of their excellent seafood chowder.
Their motto is «We treat people right», and that attitude towards excellent customer service plus their no-​nonsense food at down-​to-​earth prices keeps me coming back whenever I’m in New England.
