Scam !!! Over charged me !!! When I came to the office first time, I have insurance, well he said my insurance doesn’t cover exams and I paid for them out of my packed it was $ 170. I had a feeling that it soungs like a lie but I thought he is a Dr and would not lie, oh boy I was WRONG !!! This Dr. David A. Napoli charged me for exams and few days after that billed my insurance for exams as well. He wanted to get paid twice for exams from me and from my insurance. Had to open a complain claim with my insurance to make sure he doesn’t get paid double for those exams. Tried to contact his office stuff for help with that before I opened a claim, they keep telling me lies that insurance did not paid for exams. Be careful people when he is telling you that your insurance doesn’t cover exams.

I have been going to the same chiro for my entire life for just regular adjustments and the occasional massage. Upon moving I had to find a new chiro and am glad I came across dr. Napoli. He is so personable and knowledgeable and uses the latest technology to assist in your objectives. I now know what the cause of my back pain has been all these years due to dr Napoli using technologies my former chiro never utilized. There is never a wait time and scheduling is easy. The atmosphere and location is great too. Every staff member in his office is exceptionally nice as well which is rare in south Florida. Definitely recommend him.
