Chris Farrel – State Farm Insurance Agent

I love this office and insurance! I have a horrible driving record, and I have a reasonable affordable rate from Statefarm, other companies won’t even insure me. We’ve been with this office for 4.5 years.
When I call they just answer with «Hey Annie» –no need to look up my info because they know me!
I can come up with the most persnickety questions, they’re always answered.
I can email at night, and I’ll get a response half the time –to non-​emergency things.
We just bought a car and while I was looking I could call at anytime and get quotes for the cars we were looking at (I did like 10 times). The last time I did, I reached the after hours department where they quoted me $ 160 for a 2014 Prius C, turns out they didn’t check it with my account/​record and rates for new cars are always more. Chris called me the next day to let me know it was actually $ 280, he helped me lower it by increasing the deductible. All-​in-​all we are now paying $ 100 less than we were on our previous car. He also mentioned it’s due to be reduced next year with my loyalty discount and with some stuff that’ll come off my record. He even had his boss call to apologize for the price mix up.
Earlier this month Chris notified me my license was suspended… he emailed me after hours to let me know how much time I had to get it cleared up. Luckily I was able to pay for the ticket and Statefarm didn’t have to cancel me. Other companies would have just dropped me –without notice in some cases.
I’m not sure we’re ever leaving statefarm or this office. Customer service is so tailored to us, I feel like we should be paying 2 – 3 times more for just that.

Last year we had to purchase an additional homeowners policy with Chris Farrel for a second property we own. His office was prompt and got the paper work done swiftly.
Recently, I left a message for Chris regarding a couple of issues with our policies. Again, he was prompt to respond and follow up.
We’ve had the first policy with Chris for many years and we continue to be satisfied with his service.

I was referred to Chris with great reviews and he really is the real deal. I was shopping for insurance policies, for my very complicated situation, and he was very friendly, competent and helpful beyond words. He never rushed the conversation once and was super informative. All of this and I’m not even a customer… yet! :) It’s so hard to find people who are truly genuine and someone who’s willing to go above and beyond to help you — HE IS THAT GUY. If you are looking for a good insurance agent, I can tell you know: look no further; he’s right here. It doesn’t get any better than this, I don’t think!
