Eduard Mirzakhanyan – State Farm Insurance Agent

I moved to LA from Philly and wanted to stay with State Farm. I shopped around but when I went in to this office, Tony took great care of me. They helped me get a plan I could afford and had amazing customer service. Tony was able to answer every question and couldn’t have been more helpful. I’m so glad I have an agent I can trust that makes me feel like I don’t have to worry about my car insurance.

This is the worst agent I’ve ever dealt with in my 20 years of driving. They take forever to call you back. My agent told me he would check on something for me and get back to me, but he never did. I kept emailing his staff asking why he hadn’t gotten back to me. No response. Finally, I get an email from him saying that my bill had lapsed and that I no longer had insurance. I tell my agent this and he tells me this isn’t his fault. How professional and mature of him. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else where they actually call you back, do what they say they are going to do, and give you good customer service! This is a very unorganized office. Never again!!!

I was recently shopping around for insurance and happened to come across this office on my way to work. This must have been my lucky day! I was able to get great coverage for my car, my home, and my boat at great prices. Besides the fact that Eduard saved me a boat load of money… pun intended… him and his team were amazing and extremely knowledgeable. Unbelievable service, fair prices! I just recently switched my cars to State Farm Insurance, after a very bad experience with my previous insurance company. My friend referred these guys to me told me they are the best. Certainly they live up to their reputation. Not only you call and talk to a live person every given time, they handle your business like there is no tomorrow. Every single time some weird thing pops up, they take care of it on the spot. LOVE IT!
Just recently my wife was in an accident and the other driver had no ID on them whatsoever, she (wife) felt bad for the other driver and did not report it to the police, so I called these guys for advice… after a 15 min conversation with them (wife on the phone as well) they guided us, ans told us what to do and that was it! Love it! Going above and beyond… you don’t find establishments like these that do that for you now a days! Thank you guys!

You can easily trust this office because you will not be disappointed. The staff are very friendly and want to do their best to leave the customer satisfied. They are all also very knowledgeable and thoughtful. I’m very glad I came across such a great insurance office that was able to resolve all of my issues.

This is a great State Farm Office. I have been a customer since the office was open. The people are great and friendly. Tony is my agent he is awesome, he is very knowledgable about insurance he helps me with every insurance needs and anytime i call he is always available to assist me. I had an accident couple of weeks ago i called Tony he helped me to put in a claim and get through my accident, very helpful. Dennise is also a great agent always willing to help. Overall great office great agents i highly recommend to make Eduar Mirzakhanyan State Farm agency as your number one insurance office.

Ok look – I’ve been with these guys for over a year now and it has been filled with more complication than I can truly begin to reference. It has been filled with random rate hikes, changes in billing dates, re-​enrolled auto pay, broken promises, and now they are not as apt to get back to me with my issues.
Eduard sounds and acts like one of the most professional individuals I’ve ever encountered and usually puts me at ease but at the end of the day – the problem always persists – and it always ends up with me paying more than agreed or at an unexpected time.
Greg has many times told me that I’ve been re-​enrolled onto the monthly payment plan (why I was taken off is a mystery to me) and only recently was I sent a form via email to enroll onto monthly debit. I did so reluctantly placing trust that the timing of my monthly bill would be correct and also the amount. I was wrong again. Violeta (the person who handles their billing) assured me the dates have been corrected and that I would not see another bill again until the 28^th.
After paying them my normal amount over the phone – here comes another mysterious charge yesterday ($ 7 more than my rate) that was agreed to by email and also two weeks early. Every month I have come to expect some issue with these guys and I’ve asked Violeta and Greg to have Eduard contact me about these issues the last three times we spoke and I was assured he would be calling me – nothing.
I just don’t get it. Time to start shopping around for honesty – I feel like I’ve been a sucker for way too long now.

Eduard Mirzakhanian is a great guy and an Awesome insurance Agent. I’ve been with him since he first opened the office and he’s always there to help out if I ever have any questions about my policy. I’m so glad I switched to State Farm with Eduard. Like a Good Neighbor Eduard is There!

I needed a new insurance policy because Farmers totally screwed me over. I called the guys over at Eduard Mirzakhanyan and got a great quote. Their quote was cheaper and it had much better coverages than Farmers crappy quote and shitty coverages. Everything was taken care of over the phone and email within an hour. I didn’t have to do anything.
Later when I needed to add people or revise my policy, they were there ready to help. I will gladly refer my friends over to them if they need insurance. I’m completely satisfied with their level of service. Thumbs up!

I was looking to get a better deal on some vehicle insurance since my last policy ended. I came upon Eduard’s office and was greeted very friendly. There was no wait, he took care of me very quickly. He took the time to explain in details all the different pros and cons of each policy, which helped me determine my options. Since being on a tight budget I was able to get something perfect for what I am driving and the policy covers everything. Thanks to Eduard I have just what I need instead of getting any ol’ policy.

State Farm is fantastic! They were kind and extremely helpful, the time was taken to ensure that all my questions and concerns were answered and to make sure that I felt comfortable with the policy that suits my needs. Overall, this agency has excellent customer service.
