History

Established in 2001.

SIR owner Ken Berry and Chef Frank Miller have a long history together. Chef Frank Miller was the exclusive caterer and polo club house food service operator. Where Chef Miller provided three food service operations: Polo Cantina — Polo Club Restaurant — and Polo Turf Club to the Santa Barbara Polo Club. Mr. Ken Berry was a Polo Patron (team owner) after years of polo events together Mr. Berry built a commercial kitchen in his legendary SIR Hollywood wherein Chef Frank Miller set up shop and the tow teams have been working together serving music royalty.
