Terrible attitude, unfriendly, unhelpful in store staff. Competent & helpful repairman, but I felt I was overcharged for USED parts. This place was recommended by a friend, but I would never use them again.

BEWARE: Bought a used washer and dryer from them for $ 500. My tenant reported a month later that the dryer was not drying her clothes and that she has ran the same clothes through the dryer multiple times and ends up hanging them to dry. I called the owner to explain and he started telling me that the vent must be blocked or the lint tray is full. I went to check and none of this was true. Neither was blocked. Besides, I had them install it so if it was blocked that would be their fault. I called him again to explain that there was no blockage and to please send someone out to fix this mistake. He began YELLING at me and telling me to go back and check to see if it was heating up. That if it heated up it was MY fault and that if it wasn’t then it was there fault. I called him several times afterward to explain that it would heat up then cool down. However, HE NEVER CAME TO THE PHONE AGAIN. Every time I call they tell me he’s not in and that I should call him tomorrow. Sadly after another month of trying to resolve this with him, I had to call another appliance repair company to come out and look at it. $ 250 dollars later, it turns out it needed a new theromo kit. He sold me a faulty dryer and refused to come look at, repair it, or even speak to me on the phone.

My washer broke during the spin cycle so I had water filled in it for days… starting to get stinky. I called on Tuesday for an apt and was told I’d get a call back (which I didn’t), I called Wed and set an appt for Thurs. Tech came out Thurs and said he didn’t have the proper equipment so he’d come back Friday. Called me Fri AM to cancel, and then called me Sat. AM saying the vac to drain the water from my washer was broken and it ‘might’ be fixed by Monday. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I wasted my time with this company and the insincerity that came from the tech BOB was worse. I later called Alberts Appliance and got 100% better customer service and an apology from them for my horrible service.
