Sacred Heart Thrift Store (formerly St. Vincent DePaul) has quality goods at bargain prices. We are located at the corner of 7^th and College Streets in Hollister CA and have been operating to directly serve the needy in our community for over 20 years. We are open Mondays — Thursdays, 10am to Noon.

History

Established in 2015.

This Thrift Store has been operating under Saint Vincent DePaul since January 18^th, 1994 to directly serve the needy in San Benito County. It changed to the Sacred Heart Thrift Store in 2015 under the parish of Sacred Heart/​Saint Benedict to continue its charitable spirit of serving the poor.

Manager

Parishioners of Sacred Heart Church joined together to provide services for the needy in San Benito County by operating one of the first non-​profit thrift stores in Hollister. Their pioneering efforts have helped many who could not afford to buy clothing and household goods and has inspired the present staff to continue. Marcella has been the manager since 2015 and hopes to expand available services.
