What a wonderful experience! Honest, dependable, courteous and friendly staff! We had to decide whether to get a new a/​c unit now or try to wait until we got to a bigger town with more RV repair shops to choose from. After hearing several positive comments about Hollister RV we decided to check with them to see if they could get it done before our next trip. They said they could and by golly they did! They said they would get it done in 90 minutes, but it only took them 80 for which is what they charged us.

Once again Hollister RV came through fixing the 20 year old air conditioner on my 20 yr old RV. First Ron tried to repair switch on circuit board with no luck. Then they looked in their junk pile and found a used circuit board of same vintage. Hooked it up and my air conditioner lives. Unbelievable. They have always come through fixing my 1995 Chinook

Called Yvette and got a super great price on a RoadMaster tow bar and plate for my Jeep. Took it in around 4 pm on Wednesday afternoon and it was ready the next day! And they were busy!!! Yvette and Tom are top-​rated in our book for their customer service and genuine pride in their work! After being the victim of other RV repair shops in San Jose and Scotts Valley… I know the value of a great repair shop. You can get repairs done anywhere… THIS KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE CANNOT HAVE A DOLLAR VALUE ASSIGNED TO IT! They’ve been there 14 years and I know why!!! I HIGHLY personally recommend this shop!!! I’ll be referring EVERYONE to Yvette and Tom at HOLLISTER SUPERIOR (ok…that’s what I think it should be!) RV!!!

I like the full inspection. Really good people. And helpful. I would not take my RV nowhere else. My 36′ foot RV was easy to move in and out. Now I feel safe going anywhere on the USA. Top of the line products and cheep biodegradable TP only 99 cents. I’m gonna keep this RV for a long time, thanks to the cool friends here at my RV guys

Brought our new motor home (less than a year old) to see if they could fix a defective microwave/​oven. Alpine had gone out of business after failing to fix the problem and were no longer around to try to solve it again. Alpine simply replaced the unit clearly without investigation and the problem remained. The folks at Hollister RV spent a ton of time looking at it, found a loose wire, fixed it and hardly charged me anything! They have my continued business. Really honest!
