Jimmy John’s

Pretty appalled by my experience here. From my #16 no tomato extra turkey extra mayo being messed up twice in a row to a staff member in the food prep area using Glo-​Go, thus contaminating the entire area, I am just disgusted. Couple that with staff members yelling at each other, some weird dude yelling «Subway is Better» while working around different parts of the floor in a jacket and jeans complaining about everything involving working at the shop, this is easily the worst JJ franchise experience I have had. Top down incompetence and a MISERABLE experience.

We were there at lunch time and they ran out of bread! They said it would take about 15 minutes before we would get our sandwiches. We went there because Jimmy Johns is fast and we didn’t have much time. Now I won’t get any lunch: (

We ordered lunch from this place and it took them almost an hour for delivery the manager JOE said he would «TAKE CARE OF OUR ORDER» I never signed my credit card receipt. I have been fighting with them for over a week to get my money back but he refuses to get on the phone with me or call me back! They are rip off artists. Don’t order from them.

This place has the worst customer service ever!!! Maybe under new management because they used to be quick and now even if you call 1hr prior to your lunch they will be 45min late. Second time this has happened to me I miss my lunch because they are ALWAYS LATE! If you call them they will tell you «we only have 2 drivers» nothing much we can do!!!

Your Vito sandwich could be better. Better bread, more vegetables, and more seasoning. I prefer other Jimmy John’s.

I officially hate this Jimmy John’s. It used to be you could order delivery and it would be 15 – 20 minutes. For the past 3 months it has consistently taken 50 – 60 minutes. Don’t offer the service if you can’t be freaky fast.

Went there for lunch today to get a slim 4 it took 10 min!
That would have been fine if they were busy and I felt like they were trying to hustle to catch up but the two people making the sandwiches seemed like it was their first day and did not know what they were doing OR they just didn’t care. Either way when there are 8 people standing there waiting for their food they either need more help or to pick up the speed!

I’ve had sandwiches from this store a few times and they’ve always been good. Service there is prompt and efficient.
Kudos to the owners and staff who once stopped by the food pantry where I volunteer and passed out sandwiches to the clients who were waiting to be served. These clients are people in need and not likely to be visiting their store in the near future, so the gesture was quite altruistic.

My wife wanted something from Jimmy John’s as she had never had a sandwich from them before. I’ve been to other ones, just not this one so I know what I would have — #5 Vito. What do you want, I ask. The response — I don’t know, I’ll eat whatever you get me. I know this will be disaster!
She got a #4 Turkey Tom. After slapping it on a plate for her, she proceeded to open it up. Out go the tomatoes, off comes the alfalfa sprouts. I couldn’t watch anymore and was waiting for the inevitable complaints that «I should have known…». Fortunately, that didn’t come. Eventually she got done picking through it and decided to actually eat it. It was good. Particularly the bread.
The location is fairly new and as such, nice and clean. Everyone was very helpful. When I initially asked about something with chicken, I got everyone (ok, the two behind the counter at the time) saying — no chicken, how about turkey. They must get the chicken question a lot!
We’ll be back. Maybe I’ll ask my wife to ask them what they have with chicken in it…
