I went to this carters for the first time since moving to the area. I wasn’t pleased with my experience. At my carters I regularly shopped at in Deerfield, the sales associates would come to you, say hello, and ask if there is anything in specific you are looking for. I’m not asking for all that but a simple hello would have done. The person in store (seemed like there was only one worker) was on the phone and it seemed to be a personal phone call. Definitely a no no, especially when there are customers in the store. She didn’t look up to smile or greet at all, and didn’t seem very happy on the phone either.
As I left, which was only 2 minutes after walking in, she did say thanks for shopping with us but she already ruined my shopping trip.
Someone needs to be informed that this sales associate is making personal phone calls on the job. She wasn’t young either (she actually seemed like she owned the store). tsk tsk.
