If you’re looking for an excellent short sale attorney — stop here.
I cannot say enough good things about Jessica Alms, David’s daughter whom which we worked with closely throughout our very, very long «short» sale of our house.
She was on top of everything. She responded quickly to emails and explained things thoroughly. Even our real estate agent commented on how great she is (and he deals with a lot of attorney’s). She was sympathetic and encouraging through this long process. I would not hesitant to use her again both hopefully I won’t have to!
