I have owned and operated this business for 6 years. We have grown at a steady pace over time to insure quality and customer service has stayed consistent. We rely on word of mouth referrals from our customers. We have only recently adopted the media aspect of advertising. Our customers have made us who we are today. We rely on longevity from our customers. Most of our customers have been with our company for 3 years or more. The same is true with our employees. Our newest employee has been with us for over 3 years, and that ranges to as long as 12 years.
