Ray did a great job! Very friendly prompt I recommend him. He even cleaned our microoven that was a complete mess. Ray has been coming to our 2B apartment in Jersey City for 1.5 years now (maybe 2?) and does a great job! Reliable, cheap and affordable, on top of being very responsible and personable. Would highly recommend!

I have been using Ray for over a year and am very happy. He shows up on time, is very efficient and gets things clean. He climbs the ladder to get to the top of cabinets and picture frames gets the dust off. He doesn’t miss a surface.
Most important he is reliable. My prior service would miss a day and not let me know what was going on. Ray always shows up on time and is very flexible about rearranging times when I need it.

Ray has helped us clean our place for a year. We initially hired Ray shortly after we moved in to our place to help us keep the dust under control as I found out that I am highly allergic to dust. Ray worked really hard to deep-​clean our whole place, especially the floors and baseboards where the dust collects. Every time he leaves our place is spotless and we revel in the cleanest of clean places!
When I had to go abroad for work, Ray would come every month or so to do a deep clean. My husband, whom I love very much, is not the tidiest of people, so this was a huge undertaking and we really appreciated Ray’s support and excellent cleaning service to maintain the cleanliness of our place.

I’ve been working with Ray for a couple of years now and he’s great. Very flexible, easy to schedule time with and always prompt. I have two cats and he works well with them as well. I have a back injury and Ray has worked with me to help out with special cleaning needs that you wouldn’t normally cover in a regular cleaning — more like lite spring cleaning tasks. This has been a life saver for me! I trust him with a set of my keys and he comes while I am at work. Even if I didnt know he was coming, it’s obvious he’s been to my home by my wonderfully clean place!

Well, i had stressed multiple times that we had just moved into the apartment in Jersey City and my main concern was to get the floors and bathrooms clean. I had gone to meet ray at the apartment and told him again what i really wanted done, i left to go back to work and told him to just text me when he was almost finished. I went back to give him the money and to lock up and i was impressed at first. The place looked good. When i came home that evening, i noticed that there was a smell. he didnt take the trash out and not sure if he didnt rinse off the dishes before they were put in the dishwasher but there was a bad smell. So fine, its just the trash. didnt matter that much. What i did notice was that the floors still had dust and stains from the move. I have all hard wood floors and lots of light… so you can see everything. Im just really upset that the one thing i asked to be scrubbed down, wasnt, or just wasnt done properly. The countertops were still a bit dirty as well which didnt bother me so much cause i was going to clean up again anyway using a granite cleaner. I could also smell bleach everywhere in the bathrooms which made me sick. I had to go in and clean over with a non bleach cleaner to rid the smell of the bleach. I truly was hoping to find my perfect cleaner in this clean…

Ray did an incredible job cleaning my apartment. He showed up a few minutes early, brought all the tools required, and left my apartment shining and spotless.

I live at the Beacon in Jersey City and have been using Ray for several months and he is the BEST!!! He’s professional, on time, calls to confirm, puts up with my two cats and most importantly my apartment is spotless! He has spoiled me and I will never use anyone else as long as I live here. Ray did a superb job cleaning our place. He went above and beyond the call of duty and gave helpful tips on how to keep the place clean for the future (unclogging pipes etc.). We also appreciated his tips on where to get fresh food in Jersey City!

Ray was wonderful! He was right on time and even called me as requested when he was getting near. He came in with all of his equipment and did his thing. Super nice and he did a great job. I’ve had really bad cleaners before where 2 people would take just as long. I definitely recommend Ray.

I scheduled a cleaning for my apartment for this past week. We previously had cleaners but they hadn’t been able to come for three weeks so my place was an utter tip.
I called Ray after reading the good reviews here. He managed to squeeze in my request for the Saturday morning. Ray arrived promptly and did a superb job, particularly for the reasonable price he charges.
I had previously thought my old cleaners did an okay job but Ray excelled and cleaned in many areas they had neglected. Now I feel my apartment is truly clean and I have booked Ray again for another visit.

They made my apartment perfectly clean. I order cleaning services very often as I had two cats. Every time The maids left something undone. But the Bonnie’s girl did a really great job. There is no bad thing that I can say about job she did. So I dementedly recommend the company to everybody who needs really good cleaning!

Quick, Accomodating & Thorough.
Booking was easy via e-​mail. Ray gave us a time window but was able to come earlier at our request. He was thorough w/​his cleaning — he cleaned areas that aren’t even accessible such as tops of bookshelves & behind a wall-​mounted TV.
A reasonably priced service that’s quick as well. Pet friendly, esp. w/​cats.

Received a price quote back on January 11 and an agreement to begin work on January 23 at 1pm for bi-​weekly cleaning.
At 1:30, I called and emailed to find out the status of when someone was going to be showing.
at 4:21, I received the following email. «we had a death in the family. we will resume work next week»
Well, January 30 came and 1:00 came and went. No phone call. No email. Nothing.
I’ve never heard of a service provider have absolutely no contact with their new clients.
Not reliable.
