Intrepid opened in 2011, with one mission, with one goal. to deliver results. Intrepid Gym is a gym unlike any other that specializes in high-intensity training, in an environment that brings out in the best in everyone. You will learn everyone’s name, you will complete every exercise flawlessly, you will work hard, and you will LOVE it!

Adam K.
Business Owner
Adam graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in Exercise Science. He is a National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) Certified Personal Trainer (CPT). He has over 5 years of health club management experience and has been training for several years. He has had the privilege of working with professional fighters and All-American athletes. He played basketball at the intercollegiate level in Melbourne, Australia. Adam is an avid powerlifter.
Adam Kant has also created and founded the first rehabilitation non-profit organization in the country, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Volunteers International Inc. (PMRVI). That focuses on creating sustainable rehabilitation clinics in underserved areas, where people do not have access or can not afford the proper care. This organization has won several awards including Global Health Education Consortium (GHEC) Project of the Year Award, along with being published in several newspapers like the Rutgers Focus and the local
