Horrible company! We had reserved a cab for a 4PM ride to the airport. The cab does not show up. We then called them every 5 minutes, and the dispatcher just said «I’ll ask the cab driver to call you». Once she hung up on me saying «He’s calling you on the other line». 30 minutes later, there was no cab, and we had to walk to the taxi stand to get one. They didn’t call me once about the status. Do not use!!!

I cannot say enough bad things about this company. I travel by taxi and limo regularly and I know what to expect from a competent, professional livery company. On short notice I needed a ride to a wedding with two friends so I looked up this company.
The initial reservation process was fine. I received a quote at a reasonable rate and the rep asked that I leave my CC on file to hold the reservation. He then stated that I could then pay by CC or cash at after the ride was over, but tolls and tip we should pay to the driver. Strange, but OK.
On the day of the pickup, the driver arrived on time, but in a VERY DIRTY, beaten up, rattling, green Chevy SUV that was about 7 – 8 years old. Every single warning light was illuminated on the dash board. Check engine, maintenance soon, parking brake, ABS, air bag, you name it! The running boards were falling off the car, and the third row seats were assembled in such a way that only the middle seat was available. Good thing there were only three of us going to the wedding! My two female guests in long dresses did not appreciate this.
When we arrived at the wedding, the driver stated «cash only». Luckily we had enough cash on us and didn’t want to fight on it, so we paid. Suspiciously, the driver said that tip was included. I expressed that I was disappointed in the condition of the car and he said that for the pickup later on he would send a Lincoln for us.
At the end of the wedding for pick up, our driver was 30 MINUTES LATE! And, to boot, it was the same lousy green SUV from the afternoon. Except this time it was filled with ratty looking baby seats that the driver made me pass to him to the trunk so that I could sit in my middle seat on the bench. The driver took a route loaded with traffic which turned a 35 minute ride into well over an hour. While this would have been forgivable in a comfortable town car that arrived on time, sitting on the back middle hump from a lousy SUV bench seat had me aggravated.
I asked again if I could pay with my CC on file, and the driver stated, no, their credit card machine wasn’t working, and directed me to an ATM where I could get cash. Mind you this was close to 2AM, and here I am in a suit and tie getting cash from an outdoor ATM. Not exactly ideal, but once again wasn’t really in the mood to fight. My guess is that the money went straight into the driver’s pocket, but who knows.
While we were in the car, both ways, both drivers were talking and TEXTING on their cell phones the entire way. On the way home the driver had a fit of road rage, swerving around New York city like a lunatic after a taxi cut him off. I was extremely disappointed and absolutely would never recommend or use them again.

A big scam, they gave me a quote of $ 39 over the internet and when dropping me off at airport, after getting the ‘manager’ on the phone, they asked for $ 69; I gave them my credit card which obviously I will dispute with amex, and immediately canceled my return trip with them.
I have a lot of friends who travel, they are idiots for trying to scam people!
