Dr. Azzolini and his staff are top notch. Two years ago, I went to Dr. Azzolini for the removal of a bunion on my right foot. All went well; excellent care, excellent results. I just went back to him for the same surgery on my left foot. I really can’t say enough good things about the overall experience. Dr. Azzolini’s skill, his friendly staff, and the surgical center he operates from in Jersey City are absolutely the best. If I had a third foot with a bunion, I’d be making another appointment tomorrow!

The doctor here has a great bedside manner. He thoroughly explained everything going on and did his best to make me comfortable during procedures. Parking can be a pain, especially since you probably do not want to walk here since this is foot’s specialist’s office after all.
On a funny note, the waiting room TV will have daytime talk shows on. Not exactly entertained for the younger crowd, but you will not wait long anyway.

Dr. Azzolini is nice and appears knowledgeable. I came to this practice because it was convenient — (location-​wise). However, my experience has been everything but convenient. His office staff can use a lot of work — a makeover in fact. The receptionist is rude. Either the physicians or their office manager should take a hard look at the appointment schedule and ensure that some courtesy is extended to patients. At least fake it — pretend that you care and are apologetic about making your patients wait. Running late is understandable — especially for a physician who performs surgery. However, I waited until after my 3^rd visit to write this post and I have really had it with the consistent lateness. In one case, I waited an hour past my appointment time to be seen. I have also left twice when I could not get a straight answer about how long they would keep me waiting so that actually makes it 5 visits with lateness. As many do, I pay for child care to see this Dr. and my time is as precious as anyone else. For as long as his office reception staff remains rude and makes no effort to keep to the appointment schedule, I would not recommend this office to anyone.
