Optimum Health is a progressive rehabilitative and wellness center combining the best of alternative therapies such as chiropractic, physical therapy, and massage with holistic coventional medicine. We are now also offering functional medicine and nutritional counseling services as well. A number of conditions are treated in our office such as back pain neck pain, headaches and migraines, carpal tunnel, fibromyalgia, joint pain, muscle pain, and more. We are now also able to treat many chronic conditions with holistic nutritonal services. Medically supervised weight loss is also available.

History

Established in 2002.

Alex Jutis D.C. opened his first Optimum Health in 2002 in Bodyplex Buford. Our practices have since grown to multiple locations throughout the metro-​Atlanta area. We are pleased to offer Chiropractic Services as well as Physical Therapy, Functional Medicine, Physical Medicine, Massage Therapy. We pride ourselves in being your One-​stop shop for health and wellness.

Meet the Manager

Jenny S.

Manager

Dr. Jenny married her high-​school sweetheart and is known for her gift of caring for everyone with compassion and kindness, is just part of what makes all of the patients love her. For her, it was a life defining moment that sealed Jenny’s passion for helping others and pursuing Chiropractic.

At the young age of 8 she watched her mother fully recover from a near death car accident with the support of Chiropractic care and Osteopathic Medicine. When asked why Optimum Health she replied, «Because we are an integrative practice which allows us to be all things to all patients. This lets us meet them where they are at in their healing journey to provide them with the best of medical and natural care for optimal results in their health.»

She received her Bachelor of Science from Georgia Tech in 2004 and her Doctorate from Life University in June 2008. Jenny is certified in physiotherapy and has been certified in Webster technique.
