Julie Richer is an interior designer with 12 years experience working closely with clients creating living spaces that reflect and embody their personal style. From stately family homes to Cape Cod Cottages, Julie creates visually interesting home interiors reflecting a unique blend of colors, styles, textures, furnishings, and interesting finishing touches.
Julie encourages clients to work in a collaborative effort, resulting in a professionally designed home which is a reflection of the family living in the home. The design and furnishing plans she creates are friendly to children, grandchildren, and pets.
History
Established in 1995.
A love of textiles and decorative arts provided the inspiration to form Julie Richer Interiors in 1995. Twelve years experience and a background in art and design from Providence College and the Rhode Island School of Design provide the framework for Julie Richer Interiors.
Julie works in the Boston Area serving clients from Southern New Hampshire to Cape Cod. Julie has designed and remodeled homes in Boston, Coastal Maine, Cape Cod, and the Florida Gulf Coast.
Her work has been published in magazines including South Shore Living and Builder and Architect. Julie is also featured on WHDH Channel 7’s «Room for Improvement».
Julie has also contributed to many local charitable fundraising events including the Hingham Mothers’ Club, Habitat for Humanity, local public schools, St. Paul School, South Shore Women’s Business Network and Lincoln Maritime Center.
Julie Richer is a member of the International Furnishings and Design Association.
