My husband and I were celebrating our 3^rd wedding anniversary and thought we should splurge on a couples massage. We had the option of doing a relaxation massage or a deep tissue for $ 10 extra dollars. We would have done the deep tissue massage but have heard that it could cause bruising so we opted for the relaxation massage. The room was nice an quiet and I enjoyed him close. We had two different people doing the massages. One person (I don’t remember their names) asked my husband during the massage how the pressure was and he said it was good but could use a little bit more. Ten seconds later, the other person (who I think might have been a manager) asked me if I was okay and I said, very kindly, a little more pressure just on the shoulder would be nice… well, that was followed with a long pause… and then she snapped and said something similar to «you didn’t pay for a deep tissue massage.» I was shocked and it took me about 15 minutes to even calm my head. It was ruined at that point. She acted as if she didn’t want to be there and would take deep breaths… and that I was wasting her time. Well, we paid a total of $ 150 for someone to be rude — waste of hard earned money. I did give two stars because one lady was really nice and took great care of my husband. So, I guess it depends on who you get.

I was in town for a week before I noticed this place right across the street from the Hilton Head RV Motorcoach Resort. I reserved an hour on Saturday for a massage and it was really great. Very relaxing and never did I feel rushed. They talk to you up front to see what kind of massage you want and tailor it to your needs. I feel much better and will go again if I am back in HHI again
