Business Owner

Patricia Owen is not only the owner of FACES, but is a seasoned professional in the beauty business. She possesses a different set of skills than being a service provider turned entrepreneur, which makes her better equipped to handle the tough day to day business decisions. From the very start, Patricia has built a personal relationship with her customers and staff and frequently says, «I work for my employees in a vocation that I love. Since they are the real face of the company, I want to make sure they’re happy.» Patricia feels «uniquely privileged» be in the health and beauty industry and to be able to provide the very latest in products and services designed to improve and enhance a person’s quality of life. She attributes her unshakeable faith and steady moral compass for her success. According to Patricia, «the best part of owning a spa is making a difference for people, especially at such a time in our history when being «over 50» can still be «fabulous».

I had the opportunity to use the FACES Day Spa three weeks ago as a pre-​wedding «moment» with my best friend and MOB (Mother of the Bride), as well as the Bride. MOB and I both had mani/​pedis and the Bride had a mani. My gel French manicure still looks great. I’d gotten gift cards from co-​workers and wanted to use them to give us some «quiet time» before the wedding events. Tiffani and Sheniqua were both attentive and fun. The staff at the desk worked with us to find a date and time that worked best for our schedules. Picking FACES was because they accepted the gift card, AND next time I’d go to FACES on my own dime.

Great Mani-​pedi! They pay a lot of attention to detail, so if you looking for a quickie this is not your place. Also got a 80 minute massage by Jason which was the bomb! He definitely found my knots and kinks and worked them out! My only feedback for the spa is to have some kind of sign for other customers to be quiet b/​c massages are in progress! Two women had a really loud conversation right outside my door which was distracting and not relaxing! That’s the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5! I will be back!

My experience for a party of three was amazing!!! Feven planned everything out to perfection, from which therapist to pair with who to the timing of our lunch. It was the most relaxing experience I’ve ever had in any spa!!! Thank you Feven and team!!!

Us 4 ladies has Such a SUPER experience at Faces Day Spa. The Facials, Manicures, Pedicures, and Massages– Heated Beds and High End linens. Eminence Product Line was Some of the Best products on market today Thank you Cynthia and Tanya Massages– Renee and Chantel Thank you My Spa Snob friend told me next time the shell massage. I did the Hot Stones and Loved it. Manicures/​Pedicures. Lynn and her free hand French work is amazing and A delight Tiffany– Thank you for a wonderful French Gel Manicure and a French Pedicure. And Krista did an amazing job reconstructing our services at the last minute and seamlessly”

I went for the 80-​minute crème de la crème facial, It was great, but actually 60 minutes long. She «touched» by feet, neck, & arms, but wasn’t a massage, so don’t expect that;). Go to the Omni Ocean Tides for a facial with a massage. My husband enjoyed his massage. I enjoyed the heated bed & mittens:). Pretty nice experience.

On vacation to HHI for the first time and found this gem. One of the best massages I’ve ever had! Friendly but not too talkative so I could relax and breathe :) excellent pressure and really thorough massage (I got the 80 minute Aro). Can’t believe I missed the $ 15 Unilocal offer, though, oops!

I have been going to Faces for several years now! I always get prompt service and everyone is so friendly. My massages are expertly performed by Beth! She can find every tight muscle that needs to be worked on. The mani and pedicures leave my nails looking manageable and various colors of polish really add to the beauty of my nails, thanks to Shaquana, Latoya, and Lynn for their expert care. Finally, the facial was relaxing and invigorating leaving me refreshed and happy. Faces is clean and relaxing for any type of service you choose.

Super fast service and awesome customer service when I had to re arrange my appt and services due to our vacation schedule.
Everyone was very gracious and I enjoyed the amenities such as a shower before and after my service.
For the price, I was super happy with the facility and my massage.

Got charged for testing out a nail polish on my finger. I left the room and one of the employees working for FACES told a girl in my party that I was young and reckless…
So unprofessional.
I also got charged for it and they didn’t even tell me. So I had to go back and get it refunded on my card.

My boyfriend recently treated me to a massage here after my first marathon. The people who work there are all very friendly and welcoming and the spa is very clean and has some great items for purchase.
I had a 50 minute massage that was good, not the best I’ve ever had, though. The masseuse did make sure she was applying adequate pressure and wanted to be sure she worked out any kinks/​problem areas I may have had. I appreciated that, although the massage was for pure relaxation purposes.
In other reviews the changing situation is mentioned. I didn’t run into any problems — I changed in my room both before and after my massage. I was told to sit and enjoy some tea or water post massage in the waiting area other people have mentioned. I was there on a quiet Tuesday, though, so maybe there was no need for me to change and then wait until my room was ready? Either way, very typical massage changing situation for me!
Overall, friendly staff, relaxing environment and adequate massages. I’ve heard great things about the facials and mani/​pedis so I am sure I will be back in the future the try them!

My mom, sister and I have started a tradition of massages on vacation. We picked Faces based on the reviews and pricing. Prices were very good. A lovely little place in the Village at Wexford. Promptly greeted and brought to our rooms. We’ve all gotten massages before but this was my first maternity massage. Just being able to lay on my stomach was glorious. I almost asked about being able to buy the pillows I was laying on. The masseuse was excellent. Perfect pressure and quiet. Left feeling relaxed.
My sister had gotten so badly burned that they couldn’t work on her back, so she got a scalp and head massage. We appreciate the flexibility. My mom, a talker, appreciated that her masseuse talked with her.
Looking forward to going back next year.
