We are the Island’s FIRST «green» spa, offering organic, fair trade, and vegan products ~ staying in harmony with Mother Nature. With many years of combined spa experience, our team of therapists looks forward to making this the very best environment for one of life’s true escapes. Our philosophy is to complement the body’s desire to find balance through quality bodywork and skin therapies. If you’re looking for a quiet escape and to receive top level massage therapies, organic facials and natural body treatments, then we welcome you to come visit us!

We are open Monday — Friday 10:00am — 6:00pm (until 7pm by appt. only). Closed Sundays.

History

Established in 2011.

We first opened our doors in March 2011 in Coligny Plaza. With a growing team of massage therapists and estheticians, and a growing clientele list, we decided to move a mile down the road to a bigger, more accessible location near Sea Pines Circle in December 2013. We look forward to welcoming everyone here and continuing our tradition of excellent body treatments and facials teamed with our friendly customer service.

I booked a massage here after the resort I was staying at didn’t have any appointments open. So glad my resort couldn’t fit me in. I had the best massage ever here. Really listened to what I wanted and the price was much more affordable here. Relaxing atmosphere. Great reception area and rooms. Thanks Brad for a wonderful experience.

My fiancé and I were on vacation from Ohio and wanted to find a spa to get a great massage within our budget and boy did we find the most fantastic place! If you’re on Hilton Head you have to come here! Best massage of my life! Mandy was my masseuse and did an incredible job. It is nice and calming inside not to mention the complimentary foot soak before your massage. I wish this place was in Ohio :(

Talk about the most incredible massage ever from Mike. As a former college athlete I have a lot of back and shoulder issues as well as had surgery on my shoulder… He gave me so much relief that lasted for a long long time. He really works out all the problem areas and gives your body more then just time to relax… He gives it the time to heal. Take the time to see Mike and you will certainly not be disappointed!

Best. Massage. Ever.
Anne did my prenatal, or earth mother, massage, and was very adamant on making sure that she was hitting the points that were bothering me most, not just getting the massage started.
I had been suffering from horrible hip pain for weeks before I came, and Anne was able to alleviate 99% of it! I will definitely be making another trip or two to see Anne before my little guy is born!

Fantastic experience at this establishment! Brad was very welcoming upon arrival. The spa is beautiful and immaculately clean. Shay took the time to assess what would make my massage most enjoyable and relaxing since I’m new to this treat and did an amazing job of focusing on where I needed the most attention. Love this place and the staff and will definitely incorporate this into my next vacation on HHI.

Came for a massage with Brad, the owner, after I tweaked my shoulder. He was amazing! His understanding of anatomy was impressive and after our session, he showed me a page from a book that showed my injured muscles. He definitely went above and beyond. But what really made my experience exceptional was that I walked out there with the ache gone. He’s a master at his art of massage.

This my wife’s & my first visit to a spa on Hilton Head Island! We choose this place based on Unilocal reviews & they were dead on. The spa is very nicely decorated & the staff was very friendly & accommodating. We got the couples retreat which included a facial, a 60 min massage & a 30 min foot revitalization. This was both my wife’s & my first facial. It was very pleasant. Next came the foot revitalization which was awesome. Last was the massage. My massage therapist was Shay & she was great! My wife had the owner Brad for her massage & said it was her best massage ever! We will definitely be back in the future!

One of the best massages I have ever had, and my wife agreed with that claim as well. My wife and I visited Ahh Green Spa on 5÷10÷14 while in town to celebrate our 4th anniversary. Both of us had great experiences. My wife had the 60 minute Stones massage, where I had the 60 minute Sticks massage. I also added the Happy Feet treatment as a little bonus surprise for my wife. That was her favorite part.
If you like the feeling of a deep tissue massage and prefer more firm pressure, the Sticks treatment is the way to go. I was assigned to Shay, who was probably my favorite massage therapist that I have ever been to. She was very thorough at the beginning as to find out exactly what I was looking for. The pressure she applied felt incredible. Shay also made it clear that she was not a talkative therapist, which is great. I have had massages in the past with chatty therapists and they are not relaxing in any way, shape, or form. My wife and I will definitely be returning to Ahh Green Spa on future trips to Hilton Head. Thanks to Brad and his staff for a great experience!

Very professional staff, especially brad. We did a couples massage and it was great! Very friendly and courteous staff. I asked for moderate pressure during massage and the masseuse knew exactly what amount of pressure to apply. Her name is ‘shay’. She knew the pressure points, and did an amazing job. Would definitely visit this place when we visit hilton head again.
