I had a very positive experience, wonderful.
I needed a glass repaired and Tracey was the only one on the Hilo side of the island who kept calling around until she found a great deal which saved me a couple hundred dollars (yep, that little triangle glass on my Nissan Versa costs even more than the windshield — crazy! It was supposed to be $ 450 + work, but she called several places until she found it for $ 159 — YES! And new too! She was obviously sincerely helping me to save my money — she has no reasons to go that extra mile but because she cares about her customers. Everything went smoothly and the glass is like new. Their shop looks old, and at first I wasn’t sure, but they are great: efficient and responsible. Thank you very much. It was another wonderful experience I had on this amazing island. I recommend it highly.
