US – Bargain Limo

I hired this company, which I learned after the fact functions more like a broker, to shuttle people around on my daughter’s wedding day. I had two separate contracts — one for the afternoon to drive the bridal party around for photo opps, and then again later in the day to shuttle our hotel guests to and from the wedding venue. If I had only the first contract and experience, I would be giving this review 5 stars. Everything went as planned — no complaints. But then the unspeakable happened. No one showed up to pick up the hotel guests and bring them to the wedding!!! Who needs stress like that on their wedding day! And then there’s the embarrassment of having your guests all call Ubers to get to the wedding, and meanwhile they’re frantic that they’re going to miss the ceremony. So when I call the owner on Monday to say WTF, he didn’t even know that the driver was a no-​show! He offered me a paltry sum as an apology, I asked for signifcantly more of a refund, he declined, so I took him to small claims court. Yes, I won. The owner of this company does not know how to run a business. Pathetic.

Terrible. This company obviously doesn’t want good honest business. I had to call back 5 times because I got hung up on after being out on hold. Darlene was able to finally give me a quote and then when I asked for her supervisor’s name the phone cut out, three different times. I guess they didn’t want our money, at least a few grand for at least three busses. Good to know now rather than day of. Good luck if you try to use his company!

This company does not honor their contracts. I inquired about their services for my wedding day.
I wanted to use their services for 4 hours. I wanted them to pick me up, take me to the church, take my husband and myself to our photo location and then drop us off at the location. Keep in mind that all of these places were within 3 miles of each other.
After emailing all of the details to them they gave me a quote. After discussing it with my fiancé a few days later I emailed them asking what the next step is. They asked to speak with me over the phone because the person I had emailed, Sam, was on vacation.
I spoke to a women over the phone who later sent me over a contract and told me that I could send over specific times and addresses to her a week before the wedding.
The week before the wedding I sent over all of the details. I received a call the day after I sent over the timeline for the driver and they had me down for a pick up and drop off only! I proceeded to find the email that I had initially sent them and they said that the price they quoted me was for less time not what was in the email. Conveniently enough, the man that quoted the price was on the phone and the women who typed up my contract was off that day.
After several phone calls and a lot of stress they said we could have the limo for the price that was on contract, but it could only be for a 3 hour window not the 4 hours that I needed it. In the end we paid an extra $ 90 to have it for an additional hour. I was so frustrated and just wanted everything to be the way that I had planned it so I gave in.
Please listen to my review and the others on here. You do not want to deal with this type of mess a few days before your wedding.

This company violated their contract with me on my wedding day and then refused to refund my payment. I contracted their services for 7 hours to shuttle my guests from the hotel to my wedding venue and they made 1 trip of 35 people and left 60 of my guests at the hotel, while the driver went to eat dinner. My guests missed my cocktail hour because of US Bargain Limo’s negligence.
The owner is only after making money and does not care about customer service. He demanded that I pay him in cash and forced unknown fees on my the day before my wedding because I wanted to pay with a check. He wants under the table cash, which is very untrustworthy and unprofessional.
When I called to express my concerns after my wedding, he threatened to charge me $ 500 more dollars.
Do not, do not, do not hire this company. They will scam you.

Upon signing up I was told that there were photos as well as a description of the 26 passenger bus on their site. Amenities included a bathroom, bar, pole, dancefloor. The bus that showed up didn’t have any of these amenities. The bus the broke down and wouldn’t start upon leaving our location. We were not granted any type of discount, or compensation. This company is the worst, do not use them!

I would NOT recommend this service to my enemy.
I was EXTREMELY disappointed with this company, which is more of a dispatcher for other limo companies.

I scheduled my daughter’s 21^st birthday with a party bus a month in advance and left a deposit. I confirmed my reservation 48 hours before the scheduled day.
My driver arrived 2 ½ hours late. My daughter and her friends had plans were subsequently ruined since the places they intended to visit were closed. When I called looking for the bus the dispatcher was awaken by me, he said he was not notified of a trip… Really. I was soo hot and upset After 2 ½ hours he arrived and the driver asked for his tip. I lost it. He had the audacity to say… Do you have my tip… I can’t make this stuff up.
The driver was using his mobile device for navigation when driving. The guest tried to assist him to get to the desired location, but he refused. So of course he got lost and wasted time. The driver must have had an attitude his tip was included in my online purchase because he complained. I, yes I should call and have his tip sent to him and not go to the office. Yes he said that. Lastly, since the driver was lost, he shorted my party a half and hour
When I complained via email because they wouldn’t answer me at the 877#, they offered me 10% off my next trip with them.

My advice, sometimes «bargain» is just not worth the shoddy service. Bypass this «company».

This company made sure a limo was available at the time and location that was requested. That is about where the good part of my experience with them ends. A few days before my wedding they contacted me for an up-​sale on the size of the limo, stating that the car we ordered would likely be too small. After paying more for a limo to fit 2 more passengers we got into the vehicle to find that we had plenty of room for 2 more imaginary guests and never needed the upgrade in the first place.
After the bridesmaids got into the car and discovered that they had sat in chocolate (left from a previous passenger) they had to clean the dresses off with baby wipes and the driver had to clean the limo while they waited. The stains limited the pictures that our photographer was able to take and were visible during the wedding ceremony.
The air conditioning was about as effective as having someone blow on your face and we were all sweltering by the time we arrived to our destination.
Other points of disappointment are the fact that the radio had very poor reception, something that may or may not have been in the limo services control, but you would think they would have satellite radio or at least a cd to avoid this issue. The driver took unnecessary back roads, which may have been nice to extend the trip if the vehicle wasn’t so uncomfortable. Only one window and the sunroof were able to be opened.
Most importantly, after contacting this company about the damage done to the dresses the owner refused to compensate my wife and I for the damages and went as far as to blame us for staining the dresses. Very poor customer service and less than desireable accommodations. We would have been better off taking separate vehicles and saving our money.
Be sure to take warning from the other reviews. Don’t make the same mistake we did, avoid this limo service at all costs.

I will start by saying I would NOT recommend this service. And here are some of the reasons why. First I booked a town car and bus for our wedding, and put down our deposit via credit card. Three days before our event I called to check and confirm we were all set. During this discussion I had asked who we should pay the final payment to, the bus driver or the car driver. This was when I was told that I needed to pay in CASH. I flat out refused to pay $ 1200 in cash, as there was no traceability. I had asked if the driver would give me a receipt and was told one could be emailed to me. I again said I would give a check, but there is no way I would give cash. The person I spoke with said she would have to talk to Sam (her boss) and he was out of the country. So I call back the next day as I had not heard back, again just to confirm the reservations. Again had the same discussion about having to pay cash. This time they would allow a $ 400 check and $ 800 in cash, I again said no. During this phone call the women I was speaking with called Sam in the background and said I would not pay cash. So we came to an agreement that I would drop off a check to their office, which turned out to be someones home.
So thinking we are now all set, the day of our wedding I call the company as they only gave me the name of one of the drivers, and said they would provide the other name, though they did not. So I called, and no one answered. I called a total of 7 times, and no answer, no way to leave a message, nothing! I was panicked, and was hoping for the best. The car was supposed to arrive at 4 pm at the hotel. By 4:15pm I was calling the only number that I had which was of one of the drivers — who happened to be the bus driver and said he would be there on time. He gave me a name and number of the supposed car driver though no one answered the call. Just as we were about to get into our own vehicle, one of our friends finds this guy who is supposed to be our driver, though he does not speak English very well which made it very difficult to communicate with him and be able to determine if he actually was our driver. Compounding the confusion, he was from another company called United Limo, which he showed me his business card. So we get into the town car, which was a piece of crap, door handle broken, seat ripped, and dirty. And the «driver» had on a pair of jeans and a polo shirt. Not exactly what I would call wedding driver attire… Oh and did I mention this was $ 145/​hr!!!
Fortunately the bus came on time as we had 50 guests to transport. The only issue here was the A/​C did not seem to work as the bus temperature was 90 degrees.
By the end of the night, we ended up taking the bus back to the hotel as we did not even want to chance not having a car/​driver.
It would seem that US Bargain Limo just subcontracts with other services — we would have been off using Über! They would have had a higher end car clean car that arrived on time for a significantly much less.

Quote reference email said if you don’t get your quote within 18 minutes call. So I did. Quote for a one way airport transfer in an SUV was $ 395 dollars from JFK to Manhattan. LOL… bargain?
When I told the woman that the price was about $ 300 more than her competitors, she hung up on me. Weird!

Do not waste your time booking with this company. You will be throwing your money away. For a friend’s bachelorette party they showed up nearly an hour late and their only offer of «compensation» was an additional hour at the end of our night, which is not really compensation when they showed up an hour late to start so we were just getting back our 4-​hour reservation. They have refused to offer any kind of refund only a discount on a future reservation. There is no way any of us will book with them again, so this offer is beyond shady. The driver also was not the best. He drove way too fast to the point where we couldn’t even stay seated upright in our seats while he was driving. We finally told him he had to slow down and he listened, thankfully. The bus itself was stocked with plastic cups and bottled water, but no ice, and we had to provide our own liquor, and the door to the bathroom was broken.

First off I called a this company which is posing as two different company’s and I realized this after calling the two different numbers, when calling phone number #2 a rep referred me to the website associated with phone number #1 after asking what the party buses looked like — 1^st Warning sign!
Well because I needed a party bus I just decided to disregard that and left my phone number and email with the girl so I could go over some price quotes. A guy emailed me and told me that he has a 30 passenger bus and to sweeten the deal he can upgrade my package to a 35 passenger bus if I book right away. I declined to make a deposit before seeing what I would potentially be paying for and asked for photos first. He sent them to me and I was amazed by the beautiful pictures. I got so excited because I never been on a party bus and never in my adult years had a big celebration for birthday. I asked him some questions including if the bar area could hold a certain amount of drinks, if soda was included and if the bar depicted on this alleged bus (I’ll explain why I say alleged in a second) would be a wet bar, counter space, or just an area to store ice. He answers those questions very vaguely without detail and also added that I should book because this bus may not be available in a few days because he is extremely busy — 2^nd Warning! (My skin is starting to itch with alarm by this point)
After that I left it alone for a few days. No one followed up with me, no one called me to check if I still wanted the bus with this company. Meanwhile four other companies up to this day is calling and keeping in touch and even asking how my birthday plans are going. I now see those are the ones that value the business 1000%. Now yesterday I call asking this same guy I emailed if I could stop by the establishment since I was grabbing some items in prep for my big event in March that way I can see the bar in person and gauge what can fit there be it some soda, champagne or even a cake. I told him I would be driving back and forth between New Jersey and Long Island and I can be there, all I need is the address. SUDDENLY he has all these calls on the other line, he keeps putting me on hold and saying «Im busy today, you know someone is on the other line ready to book that bus. It might not be available. I can give you another bus if you want but you have to put the deposit down now, we can do this over the phone. Put your deposit and if you want to see the bus you can.» — ABORT! ABORT! ABORT THE SHIP! (thats the alarm that was happening in my mind because why would there be a need to switch my bus?) The agreement was for the one he sent pictures of. THAT MY FRIENDS IS WHY I say alleged bus. When I started being adamant about seeing the bus first then there is all these excuses and mysteriously there is a person who wants the same bus I do yet I am the one with hard cash in my purse ready to pay in full but this person is getting priority for some reason… yeah okay bullshit slinger!
This man gets angry, he is yelling at me at this point when I call him out on his fuckery. I ask why cant I just see the bus, and its bad business to try and trick people into paying a deposit I am sure is 2000% non refundable by this crooked retard so that people are stuck with a bait and switch bus. Shame on them. I think its foolish to pay for a bus, limo, or any item you never saw, touch, taste or smelled for yourself. I am sorry other people got scammed by these people but hopefully they use better logic in the future. I would avoid this place. Anyone who is tricked should contact the better business bureau because its unfair. I got so upset my fiancé grabbed my phone cursed him out and hung up on him because he wouldnt let either of us ask questions or speak he just yelled at us and said if we are not going to pay he is renting the bus to someone else.
Go to search ultimate party bus and limo. Keith is much better. We found him after I pulled over in my car to calm down enough to find another company.
And guess what? Keith welcomed us down, he had 3 buses ready to show — cleaned and polished. He gave us a fair quote and even showed us how to work the light show inside so the day of we are not fumbling with buttons or the sound system.
Dont bother with this company, the only thing you are bargaining for here is to be ripped off. They are scam artist and watch someon will come on here and say «Oh I dont know who you’re talking about you are mistaken» like its been done to all the reviewers who come and tell the truth about their tactics. Dont say I didnt warn you. BE AWARE AND MOVE ON TO ANOTHER COMPANY. If this is what he does to people that didnt even book, picture whats going to happen once this guy gets your money and says sorry no refund. OH BY THE WAY… the same pictures he sent me for this phantom bus was off another company’s website. You still not convinced? Think more than twice… think on it six times

I have to admit, the evening started off bad. Our original limo was stuck in the snow. But Sam got us another limo last minute, and although it was smaller than originally planned, it fit our entire group and got us to the venue on time. I am grateful to our driver, Lloyd, who was very nice and accomodating. He was also good-​humoured: we all had a nice laugh when during the song «Partition» he jokingly rolled up the partition — classic! Due to the inconvenience, Sam refunded a portion of the rental cost, which I am grateful for. And he promised a discount for future services for me and my friends. We are thankful that despite the setbacks and the weather, US Bargain Limo came through and worked with us to make sure that everything turned out well. Thank you!

Called last minute for NYE limo in Philly, and they were accommodating. Worked out well and were on time for pickups.

I use this limo service couple days and their service was awesome, they pick me up on time and the diver was very respectful, i really recommend it!

Just rented a party bus with my friends going to Atlantic City from Brooklyn they confirm before and the bus arrived 30 minutes early the bus is just the best there is we love it very clean, bar was fully stocked with water and ice .

The worst. Very sad. Ordered two cars for our wedding, one limo, the other rolls royce. The limo smelled so bad, it was not bearable… As for the 2^nd car, it never showed up to take us to the reception and they’re trying to charge us anyway… very upsetting.

What most people dont realize is that these types of companys do not own thier own equiment they are brokers or a guy with a web site there not real limo/​bus company
They subcontractor with real bus companys … and you have no idea who or what you are getting …
The party bus we rented smelled like weed and beer and was old … we took the bus anyway it was to late to cancel
The trip was ok and without problems but def was not what was promised… and at the high rate we felt ripped off …
The driver turned out to be nice We wanted to add some more tip for the driver on our credit card for putting up with us … but it dawned on me since the company website and the name on bus was diffenet name that we signed the contract with was different we just gave cash instead and we went back to driver and asked do you at least get the 20% that they already took from us … i guess he did not want to say much infear he would get in trouble but we can tell that they keep the 20% and do not give it to the drivers … never again if u cant see the buses in person and the names are different your getting scammed … by guys like this

WOW, what a great deal for such great service! I looked all over for the best rates for a reliable party bus and limo company in and around the city, and I couldn’t have found a better company! I look forward to going through these guys for all of my group transportation needs in the future!!! A++++

There’s a reason for all these bad, hidden reviews. Do not walk, RUN AWAY from this company. Suck it up and pay the extra money and get a real limo company. This company nearly ruined my friend’s wedding. Where to begin…
1) services were paid for (4hrs) While we were taking pictures in front of the church the rude driver started demanding more money — then when the bridal party was in the limo he refused to drive to the venue — how embarrassing!!! Finally it was confirmed that they did pay, the driver apologized and gave them a bottle of disgusting champagne — — too late the damage was done!
2) air conditioning in the limo sucked and the driver wouldn’t cool the vehicle (MID JULY) for the bridal party, they would only turn it on once they were in the car and when it was on the AC was mediocre at best.
3) RUDE driver
4) the limo wasn’t new and it could have been in better condition
5) they called the next day to continue the argument and said «if you talk to me like that I charge you anyway» and hung up (great way to start off your honeymoon)
6) Although payment was confirmed (see #1) an additional charge was placed on my friend’s credit card for more than what the driver was demanding.
