Cranbury Limousine Service, Inc. is a woman-owned business, established in August 2008 in Cranbury, NJ.

Christine Thompson is a co-owner and has lived and worked in the Cranbury, New Jersey, area for the past 35 years. She is a licensed New Jersey funeral director and currently serves as Secretary/Treasurer for the Mercer County Funeral Directors Association. She is Past President of the Cranbury Business and Professional Association.

Frank C. Vesci is a co-owner and a licensed Pennsylvania funeral director who has lived and worked in the Yardley, Pennsylvania, area for over 35 years. He owns and operates the East Coast Limousine Service in Yardley, Pennsylvania.

Together with their many years of experience in the transporation industry, Christine and Frank strive to successfully serve the many clients and customers they have the privilege of working with.

Beware of this limo company. The co-owner is currently being investigated by the PA Public Utility Commission which governs limo companies. The co-owner also owns East Coast Limo out of Yardley, PA and has operated without proper certification and without valid insurance for years. I would be wary of letting them or anyone associated with them drive my family, friends or myself.

We hired this company to bring our children to Prom. The driver shows up dressed as if he just came from home depot and is ready to spread mulch. The car is run down and dirty. There are pieces missing from the interior, change and gunk in the top door slot, the roof is refurbished wood of some sort… this thing would have been retired by any other company years ago. I called the owner, Christine, to discuss the situation. She listened carefully and professionally responded that she would look into and get back to me. I received a call back from a man who said he was the co-owner. He opened by saying, «I hear you are a real complainer». I kid you not. You can imagine my reaction was strong. I backed off to hear what the man had to say. Well, he went into a 20 minute soliloquy about how he had been in the business for 40 years, and he was 70, and he built several businesses, and how professional he was, and on, and on. I listened patiently until he was done — 20 minutes of this. At that point, I said, «thank you for the background and I’d like to give you my perspective on this experience» and he immediately interrupted me — screaming, «so how are you gonna pay me???» I had listened to this clown for 20 minutes and he didn’t even let me finish my first sentence. The conversation then degraded into this guy threatening not to pick up my kids and culminated when he threatened to come to my house and fight — good lord.
Bozos from the top down. Use any other company and you’ll be better off.

If you want to be stranded at virtually the last minute, by all means contact this company. If you want to be safe call a limo company that’s reliable!
Around 5 p.m. on 3÷5÷2015 (it was snowing) I called to confirm my pickup for the next morning and moved the time from 6 to 5:45. At 7:18 p.m. I got a call from Christine Thompson, the woman listed as owner, stating a governmental agency had extended the ban of limos on the road from 10 p.m. that Thursday night until 9:30 a.m. Friday 3÷6÷2015 and that they would not be picking me up. I was left scrambling to find transportation.
She wasn’t convincing with her story — especially with a comment that I «would find other limo companies on the road but they follow the law». So upon my return I contacted three different people who are very knowledgeable about limo operations, including the president of one very large limo company.
All agreed they knew of no such law, regulation etc. — unless the Governor’s State of Emergency banned vehicular traffic (which it did not). And, as a matter of fact, the limo company president said «I know we were working that day.» And the NJ State OEM Facebook page for that day has a paragraph that starts out with: «IF YOU MUST TRAVEL: Be mindful of road crews …»

Horrible. Unreliable. If your flight is delayed and you arrive at the airport after midnight, you’ll get an email saying they can’t come pick you up anymore because it’s too late. Who does that to their customer??? These people do. Don’t hire them!

I hired this company for limo transportation to and from Newark airport for my honeymoon. I gave them my CC info and flight info and they said they’d pick us up, etc.
The morning that I am supposed to leave for my honeymoon, they company cancelled our pick up due snow and the roads being bad. I had to call a family member to pick us up to make sure we could get our flight.
I figured, I would let that slide. It is what it is. Can’t help bad weather.
THEN. The day we are supposed to come back, we have flight delay after flight delay for plane maintenance. I received an email informing me that they would no longer be able to get us because our flight was getting in too late, and they had other jobs to do in the morning.
HOW RUDE. I would never recommend this company to anybody. They are far from dependable and it is ridiculous to leave a customer stranded at the airport at 1:30 AM.

I have used Cranbury Limousine Service for airport drop-off and pick-up at New York and Philadelphia airports and for post operation pickup from a New York hospital. The car was always clean and comfortable with courtesy bottled water for each passenger. The driver was on time for pickup and stayed in touch by phone or text. I especially appreciated the skill of the driver. Starts and stops were smooth and lane changes accomplished without fuss — even in New York City traffic. Normally I experience motion sickness riding in the back seat of a car, but none occurred.

I used Cranbury Limo this morning for drop off at Newark airport. Service was on time. Car was clean and well maintained. Left a message on the machine to book the service and got a call back that day. They will be my first phone call the next time I need service to the airport.
