This place serves some amazing pizza. I take my pizza very seriously and Victor’s has one of the best. A Giant slice, the crust holds well to robust flavor of sauce and good portion of cheese. Try the plain or the white slice with broccoli or better yet get both.

This is by far the best pizza in the area. Danny is amazing and he knows how to make a pizza. Every other pizzeria in the area is at best inconsistent. Try it you’ll like it.

Truly the best white pizza with garlic and spinach I have ever had in my life! We ordered in a pinch due to a recommendation on FB. Our first choice was closed and so Victor’s got our business after the snow storm. The food came quickly despite the messy roads and was hot when it arrived. The pizza was truly delicious!!! I can not speak for the red sauce because it was not on my pizza but my husband said it was great! The wings were not my cup of tea simply because I like them naked and these were overly breaded for me. Hubby liked the wings as well. The mild wing sauce is very mild just as an FYI. I would say this is a great delivery option and we were excited that they deliver to Pike Run because many places do not.

We stopped into Victors after doing some pumpkin picking. Being vegan it’s always a little difficult to have someone make us good pizza. Usually it’s dry with a few drops of sauce and out-of-the-can vegetables. Man are we glad we stopped in. We talked to Danny about leaving off the cheese and making sure there was enough sauce and HENAILEDIT. We ordered eggplant, mushrooms and garlic. The vegetables were fresh and sautéed perfectly. We haven’t had pizza like this in years. Can’t wait to go back and chat it up with Danny. Great guy, great service and GREATPIZZA.

I could not possibly eat pizza at a place where the management has absolutely no regard for their customers well-being. This evening when stepping into Victor’s vestibule, my feet went flying out from under me, I banged my head into the wall, and landed on my backside. A customer came over to see if I was okay, but the owner and his employees who were staring right at me, stayed behind the counter, and did not even ask if I were hurt. On top of that, when my husband asked for a bag of ice he got a look like he was inconveniencing them. I had the wind knocked out of me so it took me a minute before I stood up. My husband set me down in a chair, to let me rest. The owner brought over a bag of ice, but still did not ask if I were okay. He didn’t say that he was sorry for the wet entrance, or make any other consoling expressions. I said to him that the floor is very wet and slippery,(as it had snowed earlier in the day) and that he should put a mat down so no one else falls. He grabbed a mat and put it by the entrance without a word. What kind of heartless person does not even ask if someone is okay if they fall, particularly in his own establishment? With many pizzerias in Hillsborough, I don’t know why anybody would want to enter Victor’s. They are unfriendly and mean-spirited. The truth is that I have lived in Hillsborough for 32 years but I’ve only gone to Victor’s about three times. About 26 years ago when my daughter was 1 ½ years old, the owner scolded her for dancing in the aisle at lunchtime, when there was only one other customer in the store. She was not screaming, or crying, which any diner would be grateful for. I knew then that the management of Victor’s were unkind, but tonight we went back, after all these years, because we thought we would try something different. So, now I will not be going to Victor’s for another 26 years or more, and I don’t think they deserve any customers. After all, you have to take your life into your hands going in there. You know that the management will not be watching out for you. Please consider this rating zero stars.

Victor’s is my favorite Pizza when I’m home. It’s close to NY pizza that you can get. The slices are fantastic but taking home pies can be a bit soggy. I love it though.

Victors has routinely good pizza, which says a lot for a town with literally 10 pizzerias. Well-made pizza, fresh tasting ingredients and WONDERFUL service. I have not in over 5 years of being a regular here experienced any fashion of poor service from this place. Once I received a wrap that was inedible so I called and voiced my dissatisfaction and the delivery driver came back 20 minutes later with fresh pizza to make up for it. The staff and especially the owner, Danny, are always polite and personable. I’ve recently become a big fan of their mix and match pastas as well. Try the gnocchi with chicken and alfredo sauce!

This place absolutely sucks I ordered a garden salad which was 6 dollars and added cheese and they charged me$ 9.50. Absolutely unacceptable and total bullshit…

I have only eaten the plain slice. And I alternate between my main spot and here. A slice is huge, like the kind you would buy on the boardwalk. However, I find the sauce to be a little bland. The crust is sturdy enough to hold the massive amount of cheese– the great part is the cheese isn’t too oily. This is my stop for a plain slice in suburbia. Points deducted because some staff members aren’t very friendly. However this is a solid option in Hillsborough. If I could give a half star, I would. So 3.5 stars for being A-okay +1.

I truly do think It’s the best pizza in Hillsborough. When I moved to NJ from Staten Island, finding high quality pizza was obviously a high priority.(I’m from NY, what do you expect?) Pizza is thin crust and crispy. Sauce to cheese ratio is just right. The guy Dan DiMeglio who owns the joint it really friendly too. It can get pricey for a specialty pie, but other than that, great place. I highly recommend the Victors Special or the Margherita pie.

Danny is a perfectionist and a pleasure to have in our community. He cares about the customers. I had the good fortune to find him the first weekend i moved in and about 15 years later, still is my go to guy for pizza, and tuna sub.

The best pizza in Hillsborough hands down. I have tried every Pizza restaurant in Hillsborough multiple times. Most are just OK. I come from NYC so I know what real Pizza is expected to taste like. The pizza at Victors is not as good as that but it is the best around. Try their Sicilian slice. It is thick and delicious. Like cake. Their regular slices are oversized. If you like pepperoni, theirs is the best I have ever tasted.

Hillsborough is loaded with pizza places. From your small family business to your popular pizza chains, there is a pizza place for everybody in Hillsborough. But with so many places people often wonder which place has the best pizza. I don’t think that’s a simple question to answer. It depends on what you’re looking for, what kind of toppings you want, are you eating in or carrying out. But if you are looking for a slice of pizza to eat in the restaurant then Victor’s is the only answer. The Boardwalk pies for slices top any other slice you can get at some other pizza place. A couple other places try to do the boardwalk pie slices but Victor’s is hands down the best at it. If you order a whole pie it’s also really good so it’s not like Victor’s is only worth it for the Boardwalk slices. The sauce is a little sweeter than some of the other places, the cheese has a nice flavor to it and the crust is not too doughy, not too thin. Even ordering a pie to go the pizza has the perfect amount of crispness to it and is just as good. Simply put, it’s the best pizza in Hillsborough. They also have very good wings which are big & crispy. Order them hot because the sauce they put on really is not hot so you won’t need to worry about burning your mouth. Victor’s Pizza has what I consider to be the best pizza in Hillsborough.

I’ve ordered pizza there several times and the crust is always burnt, even when I ask them to be careful. The one time I took back the pie and the employee was very rude. He made another pie and threw the box on the countertop and gave me a dirty look. That was the last time I went there. Go to Angelo’s for better pizza and better service.

I grew up in Hillsborough but I have never stepped foot into Victor’s until a recent visit. Pizza places are a whole culture of picking favorites and(mainly) sticking with them. What did Victor’s do right to get some new customers to step in their door? They were open on July 4th when everyone else was closed. I would give Victor’s a higher rating than all the other pizza places in town(that I have gone to). I guess now it’s obvious why they have always been there. The crust has a slightly sweet flavor that adds just enough sweetness to balance out the rest of the taste. We ordered a pizza with a bunch of different veggies on it and they were all fresh INCLUDING fresh mushrooms(I hate canned mushrooms). When I am back in town and looking for a slice I would definitely go to Victors again.

Somerset and Hunterdon counties are a tough venue to find an edible slice. Victors is tasty and their dough always seems to be fresh. The tell tale sign is the bubbling of the crust. The sauce is sweet and loaded with cheese. Like most area pizzerias Victors doesn’t taste like the box in came in. The slices are super sized and for some reason the pie is always still hot when I get it home. I have not tried any of their specialty pies. In a nick for take out Pizza Victors is a good um
