I first had pastries from Empty Nest Bakery at 3 Cups in Chapel Hill, though her website says she can be found at the Hillsborough Farmer’s Market every Saturday.
These breads, pies, empanadas and pastries are rivaling even the most prolific bakeries in the area and she doesn’t even have a shop.
If you haven’t stopped by 3 Cups on a Thursday for some of these tasty treats, you’re really missing out!
