I came here cuz my usual place for reading is in a starbucks shop. This palce does not have a great seating arrangement. The drink was good though ! Wish they had better couches to sit and hang around for longer

I actually work at a licensed Starbucks of my own, so when I got to a corporate Starbucks to do homework during the weekends, I am particularly aware of how the employees treat the customers and make my drinks. I have been here twice to do homework throughout the last few months, and the staff has always been so kind to me! Each employee has gone above and beyond to cater to my experience. One gal ran behind the counter to get me a spoon, a young man told me to hang in there while I was studying one particularly long day, and another slightly older female employee came by my table and asked if I would like a refill of something(even though I had thrown my cup away, they charged me .50). They even ground up decaf beans and brewed a batch of decaf just for me. Then hand delivered it to my table with a sample cup of non fat milk. Talk about great customer service! I asked if you had any sort of review online for me to do, so I hope that you see this out there! Keep it up! This is a shot out to any customer going there, remember that your baristas can use a nice compliment or positive feedback every once and a while! It’s a thankless job that makes you feel less than every once and a while. You wouldn’t be getting this quality of coffee at the quickness you desire, anywhere else!

Frustrating! I come here at least a couple times a week as I work close by. I often get my drink order wrong. Of course I’m always in a hurry so I don’t go back to correct it. Last week I ordered double tall cappuccino with two pumps of vanilla, One of my standard drinks. Drove away then realized: no vanilla in the coffee. Today when I was receiving my coffee I mentioned I will check if the Vanilla is in but there was no interest to listen or try to make things right. I drove away taste of the coffee and I must have half a cup of vanilla in there instead of the two pumps. Another four dollars cup of coffee that I cannot drink. When will I learn?! Once last year I did call back and spoke with assistant manager who recommended that if I cannot come in within 15 minutes to correct the drinks(large order for nurses), there’s nothing he can do for me… Really? I cannot leave the hospital to go and correct their mistakes … Till lunch! 15 minutes?! That’s no customer service …

They spilled some of my americano on my hand while I was reaching for it in the drive thru, and they were out of napkins so they handed me crumpled up paper towels. Did not comp my drink or anything. Just said a half hearted sorry. Then they just stared at me awkwardly until I got out of the drive thru. After a few weeks, I went back. This time asking for an americano with extra room but to put a splash of crème in it. They filled it up with two inches of crème. At that point it was sickening. It tasted like drinking crème with a slight coffee aftertaste. I went in and explained that they always fill it up so much that it gets all over me or the inside of my car. Their response was that I need to ask for«driving room»… It was too easy to come back with a response that they are a drive thru. Instead I felt like I was doing something wrong by not ordering my coffee so that I can get out of the parking lot without it exploding. Never going back. They are so miserable!

Good luck on getting anyone here to pay attention to anything different. Once, okay. Twice, meh. Numerous times, shame on me for coming back. But I do, because it’s so convenient to my home. Seriously, after this last time of trying to pass a mocha off to my eleven year old and then screwing my order up at the same time. You managed to screw up 66% of my three drink order. Congratulations. You’re almost ready for the McDonald’s drive thru.

The girl working the drive through was awesome, made sure I didn’t get overcharged for my special request(I usually get screwed on that) and the drink came out very tasty in excellent time :)

Lately my husband and I have taken to coming here to sit and read. Him his work specs and me, just a good book. The drinks are made well, and we’ve had good luck at finding a place to sit. Sometimes all the tables and chairs can be taken and sitting outside is too cold for me. I’m glad to have this cozy, quiet together time with my very busy husband, thanks Starbucks. :)

I’ve only been to the drive thru here do I’m not sure how inside the store looks(cleanliness etc). The drive thru is pretty basic but I never wait an exceptionally long time and my order has never been incorrect. The staff at the window is always overly happy which reminds me to smile. Good job.

I love that this location has a drive-thru, and I’d stop in here more frequently before the other drive-thru’s were put in. The inside is a bit on the smaller side, and they’re usually pretty busy, but it’s still comfortable. They do have more outdoor seating than some others in the area, so that’s a plus! I’ve never had bad service here, so this place gets an A-OK in my book!

Watch out! This was my fav Strbx, because they were the first drive thru in the whole suburb high tech hillsboro area since 200…3? Long long time ago… when all was here was a patch of grass next to another patch of grass. Anyways, it’s been a smooth ride with all my fav baristas… But then… bam! They all left! Or transferred to my now #1SBX on 48th, and #2SBX on Butler. Yay that they are still around to make my high maintenance drinks! As for Stucki now… I guess The boss has decided to fill the place with not nice control freak meanie heads. No smiles to be found… No free one pump of syrup just because… No small chit chat… just no love in my cup. :(I can taste it. No… no… Just a one big fat no to everything and anything. So off I check this Starbucks from my list along with the grumpy pants Evergreen Pkwy drive thru crew. I feel the negative energy surrounding that store as well. I fly past as fast as I can when going somewhere nearby. Watch out… Cuz if I decide to stop on by this Starbucks every now and again… And I get FML downer«barista»…I’m checking in and using names. Ouch.

Yes this coffee chain is everywhere! This location is quite busy every time I visit since they’re located near a hospital(Kaiser), an out-patient clinic(VA), a shopping area(Tanasbourne Mall) and several other businesses nearby. They have a few couches, tables and chairs for you to study or have meetings. But I think they have more outdoor patio furniture than the other Starbucks in the area. Their drive thru is just as busy as it is inside! Bathrooms are a bit unkept(possibly due to the fact they’re so busy pumping out drinks for customers, this area is unattended). But alas, same old drinks from the cookie cutter chain!

5 minutes. It only adds 5 minutes to my commute time – and that’s walking time – to grab a venti latte from this Starbucks before or after work. That deserves 3 stars, doesn’t it?

I will say one thing about this Starbucks… and that is the new manager is a wonderful woman who is heading in the right direction with this location. I had an issue with a member of the staff at this location and she was kind enough to hear me out and take care of the situation in a professional manner. Greatly appreciated. Other than that, it’s pretty much your standard Starbucks in suburbia. Nice little outside area, and an even smaller inside area. Usually not super crowded during the week, but if you’re trying to come sit inside on a weekend, you’ll most likely be out of luck.

As a coffee shop, one is expected to be able to order and receive items displayed on their menu. Countless times I have been told they are out of something, half of the time they have already charged my card for said absent items. I can understand if this happens once and a while, but I am starting to get pretty fed up. At 8:30am, a place of business shouldn’t be out of anything. Luckily, Starbucks isn’t an everyday fix for me. It is more of a monthly or bi-monthly treat. So, when I take time out of my busy day to do something for me, it’s rather disappointing to have wasted the 15 minutes I have to only receive half of what I was expecting. I will now be taking my business to another Starbucks in the area.

It’s Starbucks and a small one at that. It is what one would expect from a Starbuck’s in the suburbs. Nothing really to say but that it is on a different street corner in the same town that has 4 within a stones throw of each other. Reminds me of the movie«best of breed»; «he was at his Starbucks and she was at her’s across the street, the rest is history…» For a quick fix of coffee it will do.
