Anytime you have to take a car to an auto collision shop is going to be a bit hectic and stressful since its usually after an accident, but Chris and his crew really try to make It as pain free as possible. Though it took about 8 weeks for my car to get repaired, most of that was from poor communication on my insurance side. They even paid for a rental car for me till the loaner car was available to use. When I came back with some light issues that I thought were from the accident, they gave me their loaner again even when it turned out to be something not related to the work they did. That is fantastic customer service in my book. They are all friendly and the shop is top rate, clean and well taken care of. I would recommend them 100%!!

Horrible communication, horrible customer service, horrible work on cars… Horrible, horrible, horrible. They try to get extra money from insurance when it is their mistake in ordering the incorrect parts. Own up to your mistakes and provide the premium service you, so call pride yourself on. Never will I ever go here again, nor let anyone I know patron this place.

I had a very positive experience working with Chris at RBP. My Highlander looks like new after damage to my fender and passenger door. I would highly recommend them! Not only do they do great work, they are very nice people too.

After reading the reviews on Unilocal, I called RBP to see if we could come in to get a quote on our car. We needed a large dent fixed. The girl at the front desk was extremely nice and said we could bring the car in within the next hour. I sent in my husband. He described them as upfront and straight to the point. We went to one other place that was willing to work on pricing with us. However at the end of it all, they kept trying to add additional services that were not needed. So he went back to make an appointment with RBP.
An appointment was made for the following Monday, however I needed the car sooner. I called to check if they could get the job done this week instead of waiting until Monday. The girl at the front desk checked on when they expect the part they ordered for us. She called me later that day and we were able to drop the car off the same day. My car was finished in two days! They did a great job, the new paint matched the rest of the car, you can’t even tell anything happened to it. To top it off, they cleaned my car inside and out!
I just wanted to write about how pleasant my experience was here. Get your car fixed here guys!

Why I am pissed:
Unfortunately I need to write this review for a 2016 Audi A4 S-​Line that hadn’t even flipped the odometer to 1K, and took a dinger. Doh!

Why I am beyond satisfied with the work RBP has done:
That last thing you want to do is deal with is exorbitant repair costs and poor customer service.
If you want to cut through the BS and work with a group that obviously takes pride in their work, RBP is the place to go.
Chris was straight forward with me and flexible on an out of pocket payment deal when I didn’t want to take this job through the insurance.
The result was a clean color matched finish!
Great Job guys!
In the event that I have any other scrapes, scratches, etc. Chris and the RBP crew have earned my business for the next job.

This is long overdue, but I’m getting to it now.
The pros:
Chris was great. He kept in communication and always answered my many many questions. He dealt with my insurance company so I didn’t have to. The quote was spot on until they took the car apart then they realized the damage was more than what they thought; that sucks, but it’s not their fault. Once they got the parts in, things moved along fast. One great thing, they loaned their car to me so I didn’t have to get a rental. That was such a lifesaver since I had just started a new job after being jobless for 7 months.
The cons:
This is a con, but has a pro. When we walked around the car to take one last look, I noticed, what looked like dripping paint (I think it was clear coat). Chris scheduled for me to come back and they would take care of it. One of the workers drove me back to work (I work nearby) and they took care of it. I list it as a con, because it shouldn’t have happened, but it was taken care of.
Almost a year later, I had remote start system installed. I noticed my license plate light wasn’t working and asked the guy if it was from him. He stated it wasn’t as he didn’t go near that. He got on the ground felt around and realized the wire was going the wrong way and wasn’t even plugged in. Even he said RBP usually would not miss something like this, but obviously, I have been driving around for a year without a license plate light. Oh well. Nothing too major, but again, shouldn’t have happened.
Overall:
I would definitely go back to them (hopefully I don’t have to) or recommend them. My car looks awesome and they were great at helping me with the insurance, answering my questions, offering me a loaner car, and giving me rides back to work.

Great service, came in after getting rear ended, and after I made my claim, dropped my car off, got the rental, and they took care of the rest! Had my car back in about a week and the new bumper looks so good I might have to have them repaint the rest of the car. :P

I have had two vehicles repaired there, and my rating would be 1-​star for the big job and something like 3 – 4 stars for the small job.
Big Job:
All in, the repair costs were about $ 13,000, which unfortunately did not total that vehicle. The estimated time to repair was 36 business days. I called to check in shortly before that elapsed time had ended, and was told, that the next Friday it would be done. Next Friday rolls around, now it’s the next Friday that it won’t be done until. There were a few additional days after that, and the vehicle was finally ready. At first it looked really good, then we started noticing things that weren’t back on. The bumper cover was missing. The receiver hitch wasn’t yet replaced. My wife noticed that the car didn’t drive quite straight. The tailgate was slightly askew. We tallied up a laundry list of items and brought it back in. Most items were addressed, however there were still areas of chipped paint, the tailgate didn’t sit quite right and scraped against the bumper cover that was finally back on. This process repeated to where it had been back in there 4 times and we still have a few doors that don’t quite line up right and driveability issues. We were told that the car was aligned when it left their shop and they would check the tire pressure. I was getting frustrated with this dismissal so I took it in to Les Schwab to do a free alignment check to see if I was just crazy, or if it was really off. Turns out that the alignment was off and that the right front control arm had been bent as part of the wreck. Rather than deal with RBP, I had the work done at Les Schwab and the car now drives mostly better, but still not the same as before.
What’s frustrating about all of this is each time they were friendly and would swear up and down that they will fix things, but no apology for the absurd number of times we had to bring it back in, or for the lack of attention to detail. Where was the quality control, the double checking to make sure everything was good to go, and not just what the customer noticed? The other thing that frustrated me was that they didn’t even write things down as I pointed them out, so it was unclear as to whether or not the issue was being taken seriously or would be addressed.
Small Job:
I brought in a small repair that was only about $ 2,000. It look several days longer than expected, but it looked good at the end and was restored to the pre-​collision condition. Just for that job I would have likely given them 4 stars had I not had the 1 star experience above.
Bottom Line:
We are going to trade in the big job car because of the driving issues and remaining cosmetic items that we are too tired of dealing with RBP on. It’s great that they have a lifetime guarantee, but what would be even better would be to try a little harder to get it right the first time — not the fourth or fifth. If you want to take them a small job, I would say go for it, but for a really big job where it may or may not be a total, just go with whomever is preferred by your insurance company.

I never buy new cars. I feel they are a terrible investment and are just a means of getting from point A to point B. However, after breaking my own rule and caving to an incredible deal I bought my wife a new sonata. 2 weeks after purchasing it, Murphy’s Law activated and we had the misfortune of swiping the side of our garage, putting an ugly dent on the rear passenger side door and quarter panel.
After reading the reviews on Unilocal and visiting a couple other local competitors, we decided to check in with Chris at RBP. He was able to give me a more accurate estimate on the spot. They were reasonably priced and worked with our insurance. They don’t play games and over-​promise. When they were done, the car looked like we just drove it off the lot.
I had made the mistake of not having rental insurance on our car. No problem! Chris gave us a loaner car to use while the work was being done. A brand new 2015 toyota corolla for my wife to drive to work and cart our son around in. He even helped install our son’s carseat! They definitely go out of their way to make sure the customer is satisfied. I would recommend RBP to anyone looking for honest, professional work. If we are unfortunate enough to need bodywork done in the future we will definitely be using RBP.

Took a month to not do anything to the parts I had dropped off. Was stated 3 times parts would be worked on and finished but after a month of the parts sitting I just picked it up and had another shop did it in a day. Total Waste Of Time!

When a car I had literally just bought was hit while parked, I was not looking forward to the hassle. RBP made it easy. We dropped the car off, waited for the call and when I picked up the car, they didn’t disappoint. My car looks brand new again. The paint matches perfectly, and it’s clean and smooth. It’s reassuring that they stand behind their work too. This is the only shop we’ll be using, should we need their services again.

I’ve used RBP a few times over the years and with great results. The service is second to none and Chris knows how to takes care of business. They use quality paint and experienced workers, both of which show in the quality of the work. I’m quick to refer family and friends here based on my experience. If you’re in need of a body shop or paint restoration, look no further. These guys get it done.

My Honda had scratches on the front and rear bumper requiring both parts to be repainted. On the front bumper there were deep scratches along a bend in the plastic. I had two concerns: 1.) paints would not match (Honda celestial blue has glitter), 2.) fixing the scratches would change the level of the bumper or the scratches would show through on the next paint job. I can honestly say that both parts look like they just came from the factory! Great work and attention to detail. In addition, they honored the quote I got six months ago, which was the least expensive among two other places ($ 1150) I compared.

Just recently I was in my first ever car accident due to the rainy weather. I did a bunch of research on the top rated auto repair shops in the greater Portland area and one of which was RBP. I got several quotes, they were all basically the same price for the given damage repair and painting, but because of the holiday season, all but RBP had me waiting till early next year.
Chris at RBP not only was able to get my car in right away, but he and his staff communicated their progress every step of the way. Not only was their work top notch, but they made my car look even better than it did before the accident. Not only did they provide quality work, but they went above and beyond what was expected and replaced a broken part on my door for no extra cost!
Thanks again to the team at RBP, if I am ever in need for more car repairs I know I have a local shop I can trust.

I «discovered» RBP as I was taking a walk in my neighborhood last February. I had been planning to replace the front bumper on my G8 GT since it got sandblasted by the aftermath of Snowpocalypse ’08, as well as cracked and chewed up from hard lessons learned with a lowered car.
The rave reviews on Unilocal also got my attention so in March I went there and talked to Chris. He gave me a thorough estimate on painting and installing a new front bumper, repainting the hood and blending the two front fenders
I pulled the trigger on the project last week and I was amazed at the results. The car looked as good as new!
RBP knows their cars and Chris was a pleasure to deal with. If I never need auto paint work again, I will definitely go back.

Had a great experience here the other day. Went to location to get a quote on getting a scratched removed. Guess the scratch wasn’t as bad as I thought as they were able to buff and remove the scratch right there on the spot. They did this for no charge to me and asked I spread the word and come back and see them when something legit happens. So, here I am, and you bet I will be back if I’m ever in a car crash.

Great experience at RBP auto body, Estimate was very competitive, quality of work was great.
Customer service was also good.

Chris from RBP was great! Throughout the whole process he kept in constant contact with me and kept me updated on the status of my repair. No hidden costs and no surprises. Just quality work and honesty. Highly recommend them.

I brought my car into Reedville after it was backed into while parked downtown. I was apprehensive to bring it anywhere because this car is my pride and joy, having invested allot of money in modifications to make it a show ready custom. I went with Reedville based on the good reviews I found online, and I figured a smaller shop would be able to give me more personalized service.
Hooray! I made a great decision. Reedville’s customer service is top notch. Chris worked with me every step of the way to ensure I was happy with the end result. When I got my prized car back I was astonished at the work they did! The body work looks good and the paint job is above average, with a minimal amount of orange peel.

I had the misfortune of getting rear-​ended on, of all days, my wife’s 40^th birthday. As an aside to the wife: I’m sorry if the collision affected my disposition on your birthday! I even had a batch of fresh flowers on the front seat of my pickup which were relocated to the dash, console and front floor post-​collision. There’s not much risk of me attempting flower arrangement in the near future, I can assure you that.
So, after my insurance company recommended Kadel’s, I began having second thoughts. Not necessarily about Kadel’s itself, but the fact that Reedville Body & Paint is right down Cornelius Pass road from my house. A quick check of Unilocal,a few consultations of some friends later and a quick web search resulted in an appointment at Reedville the very next morning.
Chris and his mother Drea (I hope I spelled her name right) were extremely friendly and accommodating. I’m not insanely OCD about my Tacoma pickup (I reserve that fanaticism for my car) but I was interested in the repair process. Chris assured me of the repair process and that my frame would be an easy fix.
That did indeed turn out to be the case. Reedville was even able to complete it a day earlier than when it was promised. Throughout the course of the repair they communicated everything to me in a timely manner. They were able to expedite everything through both my insurance company and with the rental company that loaned me a pickup. Chris conducted a detailed walk-​around of my pickup with me before I left, pointing out some details about the repair. I appreciated that.
Don’t hesitate to patronize Reedville Body & Paint for anything auto body repair related. With any luck, I won’t need to use them again, but if I do, I’m glad they’re nearby.
