Northwest College of Beauty Salon

As a client, I was appalled at the poor customer service I recieved from an instructor at the front desk. After a call to the director, she rescheduled my appointment, apologized for the negative interaction and offerred a free haircut. I am so glad it was free! The student sylist did not listen to a thing I said for my haircut, was not personable, did not have any instructor talk to me before the cut to ensure the directions were clear. During the time I was there, several stylists were unprofessional, one of the instrutors was rude and unprofessional to another instructor and student, and no one seems happy to be there on the floor. Very sad environment, and the director should be the first one to look at, as they set the tone for the whole school. I will not return, and will not encourage anyone to go to this school, ever!

0 stars if i could. I was a student here and it was horriable, teachers dont know what they are doing. The director is rude. This school is a huge rip off, spend your money at aveda or paul mitchell… This school is the ghetto version. Behind the school is a drugged lady who likes to sell herself, and students steal from other students and the school does nothing to prevent or help. Students key eachothers car. Dont go to school here its a waste of money and time
