STAY AWAY FROM VERIZON STORES– verizon is a great carrier –but the stores are commissioned based and they will charge you hundreds more– order the phone online –have it shipped to you and get the lowest prices– the on line reps even admit that the stores are commisioned based and will not honor the on line prices! CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS GARBAGE??? well its true!!!

I love this store! It’s never busy and the employees are FANTASTIC! They are beyond helpful, especially Nathan Fritzler (the employee who helped us today). We had an error in our plan and he worked with us to get it all fixed and we ended up working out an even cheaper plan than we are currently on! We’re saving $ 40 each month thanks to him.
We will be coming to this store every time we need anything done and are thrilled to have experienced such wonderful customer service. :)
