Jets Pizza

The 8 Corner pizza is the bomb. Love it. Love the online ordering. Recently started using Jets, won’t be going back to our old place!

Once again the idiocy of this location is truly astounding. Customer service is awful and the «kids» there must get a kick in upsetting the customers. If you want jets pizza order from a different location.

I love Jets pizza but today I’m very disappointed with the customer service. I ordered a pizza and chicken wings for my family for Mother’s Day dinner we had been out running around all day. Placed the order and it was supposed to be ready at 5:55. Got there at 5:53 and hey said it was not ready asked my name and saw I paid online. I sat and waited multiple people asked my name and if I was waiting. Finally 30 minutes later I ask them if there’s a problem and they realize my food has been ready the whole time. Just sitting in the warmer waiting. The employee asks if I would like a new pizza, but after waiting 30 minutes in the store I just took my cold food home. I love jets and this is the first bad experience, hopefully next time is much better.

No improvement. I ordered a bold fold and instead received a small pizza. I realize they both are cut into six pieces, but a bold fold is not a twelve inch pizza. Once again someone does not know the menu. Pepperoni update: My sister is in town and I was telling her how Jets can’t get the order right. I order a Bold Fold without pepperoni. I pick it up, receipt says no pepperoni, guess what? Smothered in pepperoni. They just don’t care.

The BLT pizza is the best. I think what they charge is steap but it’s one great tasting pizza!!!

Customer service sucks.
They have discrepancies on their 8 corner pizza. If you look at the wall menu or call in they won’t know what you are talking about. How did i figure it out a prior Unilocal member mentioned it… They also say its on the register and now listed as a specialty pizza. Chris and haley were no help. Will give you a regular deep dish and say now what’s the problem… My answer you didn’t give me what I asked for.
If you can get pass that pizza is still good.

Jets is amazing! Probably my favorite pizza chain locally and I love the 8 corner pizza. The crust options are a plus (I like the Turbo) and delivery is always quick. I don’t think they’ve ever delivered to me after the projected time.

Pizza is delicious especially the four or eight corner pizzas! The service is quite good. Nothing spectacular but yep, this is a place I’d recommend.

I love Jets! This location is consistent with all the other ones I’ve been to.

Just sorry we got busy. That’s it for showing up 25 minutes late. Like the pizza but bad for business. We even called and got no hey we will take off $ 5. Never order from here for a lunch party.

Growing up in Grandview Heights, I was exposed to the Tri-​Village Trifecta of great Pizza… Panzaras, Rolotols, and Tommys, so I will state up front… my pizza bar is rather high.
But even with that said, this pie falls short on all fronts. Crappy dough, bland sauce, and for the little toppings you do get, seemed canned. The only thing that saved this place from one star is the price. It is cheap, but you also get what you pay for. Drive the extra half mile to Iaconos for some great pie.

I get the special for lunch. it is 2 slices of pizza and a drink for 5.00. good deal, good pizza. Better than pizza hut. It is not Tommys, but then again it is not 15.00 or more for a pizza. GOOD PRICE =GOOD PIZZA!

I ordered online and pizza was normal nothing special. I ordered pizza «well done» and It was barely done bottom of crust wasn’t even brown. yuk

i’m giving this place 4 stars for the following reasons:
1. the deep dish crust is delicious
2. toppings are plentiful
3. the sauce is great
4. the pizza is always consistent. we’ve never had them over or undercoook a pie or make a mistake with the toppings
5. you get a TON of pizza for your money if you order the deep dish
i’m not giving this place 5 stars because i reserve that sort of rating for Tommy’s and Dante’s.

Jet’s Pizza in Hilliard is our all time favorite! I normally don’t like deep dish pizza, but I Love, Love, LOVE the deep dish pizza from Jet’s. It is not too doughy, not too hard. The edges are crisped perfectly.
First off I recommend making your crust flavored. This is free, but they sometimes forget to ask you when you place the order. We prefer the Jet’s Turbo Crust (romano, butter, and garlic). The flavor is subtle, but the butter garlic really adds a crispiness to the edges of the pizza, especially on the deep dish. We like the parmesan (shredded parm cheese, not the sprinkle kind) on thinner pizzas.
We often get the Best of Jet’s special on the website which is a one topping pizza at a special price. (You can add extra toppings which they will charge you for.)
Another favorite of ours at Jet’s is the NY Bold Fold. Sometimes we are craving a big wet sloppy pizza. (I know it doesn’t sound appetizing, but it is really awesome.) The crust is pliable without being too wet. It comes with spicy pepperoni which is perfect for this type of pizza. Usually we get it w/​o flavoring on the crust. Sometimes we will add parmesan or romano just because you can’t have too much cheese. ;)
Service is great! Pizzas are delivered in a timely manner and the driver is friendly. If you order ahead, it will arrive at the time you specify. It will be hot and fresh. We’ve also ordered thin pizzas and the round pizzas. But usually when we order from Jet’s we are craving the Deep Dish and/​or the Bold Fold. We have never been disappointed in any of the items we have ordered.
We have not tried anything other than pizza so I cannot rate on these additional items. Overall, Jet’s is awesome and a family favorite!

Jet’s was on the menu for our second office lunch while I was in Hilliard and I was loving the fact that the Jet’s here is as consistent and well made as it is up in Michigan. The crust on the square was light and airy and well sauced and cheesed. The ingredients were quality and the pizza tasted great… I’m a little biased but it was solid eats and delivered fast.

I like trying new pizza joints, so I figured I would give this one a shot since I got an ad in the mail. Well the ordering process was painless and friendly enough. The pizza arrived quickly and is still hot. Unfortunately that is where the good times stopped.
The crust is spongey and the sauce is flavorless. In fact, the whole pizza is pretty much about as flavorful as a piece of cardboard. The cheese and vegetables are rubbery and unappealing. Considering the price and quality, the amount of pizza is sadly not enough. I have had a frozen pie better than this. Will not order again.
