Dryer Vent Wizard of Colorado

All I can say is go elsewhere. They were recommended and everything seemed to go allright up until they went out to the job. I informed them I was the homeowner all 3 times. they went to the job while I was not home and couldn’t be there. I spoke with the young kid and he assured me he would call me back. I spent almost 2 weeks waiting to hear from them. I called and left a message twice. I called and spoke with the female owner, Jane, who never informed me she was the owner. She instead acted blasé’ about the lack of response. I spoke withe the guy I originally dealt with and he said the following: 1: «We didn’t know who the owner was…» 2.: We emailed the estimate to your realtor instead of you because we didn’t know who the owner was.” (turned out she also asked them why they would email her instead of us, the owners”) 3. Our guy called you after he went to the house. «(think I would have remembered someone calling me and telling me they wanted to RIP our back deck out. Which, btw, was what they wrote in the report they sent the realtor AND the HOA but NOT us. We had emailed THEM the HOA address and contact info so they certainly had our email and phone number. In the reoprt they claimed they called us and informed us about the scope of the work and we «hadn’t responded» which is odd since I had asked to pay EXTRA two weekends before to get the job done ASAP.) In any event, they took no responsibility for the screw up, so we hired ACE radon. They came, met us at house, and told us we did NOT need to rip our deck out and could put it on the other side near the dryer vent where the vent is already coming out of the deck and not in the way. Just unbelievable they could tell me and, as it turns out, CLAIM they had called and spoken to me after they surveyed the work… that bothered me the most.
