Very disappointed. Not the first time I have had an order ruined from this particular drive thru. What’s worse is that you end up paying extra for certain additions and get home and realize it’s completely wrong. If I could give no stars I would.

Every Carl’s Jr. I’ve ever been to offers a veterans 10% discount, including this location. However, today when ordering our meal I was notified the owner(this location is franchised) is no longer offering any discounts except for seniors. Wow, way to honor your veterans.

Forget it!!! I used to go into this location on my way home from work, love Carl’s Jr. burgers. This location however has got to be the worst that I have ever seen. First and foremost the staff are rarely cordial to anybody that walks in, or goes to the drive through. To make matters worse I can’t think of a single time when they’ve actually got my order correct, and when I doask them to correct it comes with extra attitude. Not something that supposed to be on the menu. Furthermore to make matters worse on the few occasions and I have been in there in the dining area has been absolutely dirty. apart from never getting the orders right, and from the attitude, if they ever fix that then I might give it a shot. Oh I don’t most forgot to many times my order has taken extremely long to get. If you like Carl’s Jr. go to a different location

Tonight my wife went to this location, she bought two burgers for us, she got home to find out not only did we not get the burgers from them but we also were charged for them. We then called them to explain that we did not get our burgers and would like a refund. Only to have a kid answer the phone and refuse to get the manager on the phone. Very rude manager for this location, the manager also refused to speak to my wife, we explained that we lived in the mountains, so we can’t just drive to the store and get our refund. The didn’t want to help us in any way, not even an apology! We asked for the district managers number only to come back 5 minutes later to tell us they don’t know there district managers number, Yeah right, then tell us to call tomorrow and speak to the General manager. We are filing a complaint with your corporate office. If we are not refunded we will also file a complaint with the BBB and will take further action if necessary. Overall I would not recommend this location to anyone, save your self some time and frustration and go to the one on Basline or in Redlands.

There’s not much to say about this location. Everything tasted average like every Carl’s Jr., but then I found a roach in my soda cup, fresh from the fountain dispenser. The manager as alwqys was apathetic, asking«are you sure it’s a roach? This time though, it was a health issue and corporate was non-responsive. Stay away from this place. Bad service and filth mar the otherwise average at best service at this branch.

I’ve been coming to Carl’s Jr. forever it seems and I usually do not have problems but it seems lately here at this particular locale — well, let’s just say there’s issues. The main issue I have with this branch is the lack of attention the staff pays to the order, the customer, and their surroundings in general. You have to repeat yourself several times for them to understand you, and even then they screw the order up at times. I’ve been given orders that were missing items, orders with less than proper amounts of fries(like half full) and even forgotten about by one of the staff. And NOONE pays any attention to the comings and goings of people into and out of the restroom(it’s located right by the front door and out of eyesight range of the cashiers). You could be doing ANYTHING in there and no one would even be the wiser. That’s not good in this day and age! With that said= The management(or at least the corporate big wigs) do take care of you if you have a complaint. I don’t fiddle around with the manager anymore I go right to the head cheeses. They sent us free complimentary burgers and fries due to a mistake they made so I guess that’s one plus in their favor. The place is always clean for the most part and we will keep going there. If they would fix those little issues they’d be easily a 5-star(but they are WAYTOFREAKINGEXPENSIVEATTIMES!!!)

I love you Carl’s, but don’t advertise for a burger with buffalo sauce and blue cheese dripping down the sides if you are just going to serve me a burger with a hint of buffalo sauce and blue cheese that you have to open to even see.

This was the place to go for me, for my burger fix. I always loved the 6 Dollar burger, and the old school Famous Star. My brother loved the Western Bacon Burger. Basically a burger with onion rings and bbq sauce with bacon of course, or without if you prefer. Their salads are alright, and they do have chocolate cake and cheesecake for your sweet tooth. I wish Seattle would open one, that was closer than the one they have now which is like an hour or two away. I love Carl’s but not that bad to drive in Seattle traffic. LOL! It’s ok I will be down in Cali soon to get my fix!
