Solid dealership with a great selection of SUVs. I spoke to them a number of times and always got great service. The cars are all very clean and well reconditioned. The owner is a really nice guy who really cares about his customers and the cars. He personally oversees reconditioning on all his cars and makes sure everything is as close to perfect as possible!

I just purchased an Infiniti G37 at M & I Motors. Thankfully, it was such a pleasant experience! The price was by far the lowest that I found on the internet and any of the Infiniti dealerships that I checked out in the area.
Everyone working there was really professional, caring and a lot of fun! I really appreciated the sales person that I dealt with Sherry because of her no pressure approach. The owner Mike and his son Julian were really patient with me and seemed to sincerely care about making sure I was happy with my purchase.
Overall, it was the most positive experience ever purchasing a car! I will recommend them to anyone I know looking for a good, honest deal!

don’t buy here warning or trade here!!! these people have bad traditions of giving you nothing for your ride, but full price on theirs. there vehicles from the auction. salesman there are okay at best. this place is the last place you should go trust me…

Sleazy dirty motel feel to this disgusting place with its even sleazier salesman Joel and company. They tried to sell me on a Volvo that he claimed was a one owner north shore well taken care of cream puff that needs nothing and has a clean car fax. We drove it and found out otherwise. It had been painted stem to stern on both sides with bad overspray on the moldings and even on the door handles themselves. The brakes went to the floor and the car smelled like an ashtray. We came back from our test drive and told Joel about the lousy paint job to which he shrugged his shoulders and said well maybe it was scratched up so it had minor work!!! Such BS please stay away from this place. I was told about it by a friend who warned me but I wanted to see for myself. STAY AWAY!

I have been looking for a nice Mercedes. When I drove to the dealership I asked for Joel who was the gentleman I had spoken with on the phone. He was very pleasant, and had the car brought around for me to look at. He then offered me a test drive. I drove the Benz and was very impressed. This car was everything I was told. Joel did not rush me, nor did he pressure me in any way. (Try going to some of these other dealerships on the area!)…
When asking if I could take it to a shop and have it inspected prior to purchase, there was no problem.
I was not able to purchase the Benz as I am new to the area from Arizona… Joel never pressured me, and immediately printed up a sales order for me to fax to my bank out of state… I would not hesitate to purchase this car, and am still working on the financing.
I recommend M&I Motors to anyone looking for a nice high-​end automobile.

Bought a Audi Q7 2007 from M & I only Mothers Day Weekend 2015 and had a great experience. They manager Kevin was awesome. Great customer service really worked with us to ensure that we got all we wanted in our car and even called during their week to make sure we were pleased with our new vehicle. Will recommend more business to them because they treat you like family and not just a customer.

It’s funny because I read the reviews, and those led me to be wary of them, but they had a great price on a car I wanted. Shady is so very accurate! This is like the embodiment of every sleazy used car salesman stereotype you’ve ever heard. The Joel guy that I kept reading about, was loudly whispering into a phone near me about how he’s «on a roll» then he continued with a maniacal laugh.
The price was very good, but I just got such a bad feeling from that place that I had to leave. I ended up finding a slightly better deal from a very normal guy, so I’m happy with my decision to leave.
I strongly recommend avoiding this place at all costs!

Went there on 1÷19÷2015 seem like a nice place. set up a test drive for a 2008 mdx which I drove, ran ok but brought to their attention that the engine had some lifter noise. Joel the one who took care of us said he did not know because he was not a mechanic. He called his tech guy in who said to me well the car has been sitting for a while and that it was normal. I ask to hear another 2008 mdx they had and we started it up and no lifter noise. So I talked to Joel and told him it was much better and he says so buy that one which was $ 5000.00 more. Took in a trade and was offered way to low for it. I said to Joel oh no that’s way to low and He said well that takes care of everything. What a jerk didn’t even want to deal with me. Stay away from this dealership and beware of bad vehicles!

Needed to replace a $ 25,000 engine! M and I sold us a car that lasted 450 miles before the engine was found with piston #8 badly scored.
Just «STAY AWAY». There are plenty of places to pick up vehicle from HONEST sales people. This place cost out family thousands of dollars. Try buying a car and then having to buy another when you find out the engine is bad. M and I Motors did nothing to fix the situation despite multiple attempts contacting him or his staff. s.
You CANNOT logically sell someone a defective vehicle that runs for less than 460 miles and then say it is the buyers problem.
POOR SERVICE and definitely nothing more than a SCAM CAR LOT!

They may have some of cheapest prices but the salesmen are very pushy especially the salesman Joel. He is a total ass, treats you like a second class citizen.

I really wish my family had taken to the online reviews before buying a vehicle from here, because then they may have been more wary of what seemed like a good deal. Sleazy thiefs would be way too much of a compliment for M and I. We were given a clean carfax on a perfectly performing lexus, test drive went fine, and only after purchase found that the car had been evaluated 6 months earlier by M and I and found to need a new motor! BY M AND I! They obviously refuse to work with us to fix the problem, so we are stuck with a car with an expiration date in the next few months. We are currently seeking legal counsel as withholding this information before purchase is highly illegal and unethical. Run as far from this business as you can, when you are spending this kind of money it is not worth taking the chance on a business with such an awful reputation.

Do Not Buy! This is your warning. I’ll save you the story.

RUDE! I’m not sure how this place stays in the business of selling cars with the lack of customer service they offer. I found a vehicle I was interested in and called them up. It was a blistery Monday here in Chicago when I asked them about potential rust underneath the vehicle. The response I got was something like this «It’s 20 below and we’re closing early. I’m not going to go out and crawl around in the snow. We’re open for another hour if you want to come see it».
Fast forward 3 weeks and it’s today. The vehicle still there so I decide to drive out and check it out in person. I inspected the vehicle and then went back to talk to Joel about it. When I brought up the rust underneath the vehicle, Joel immediately became defensive and said it was because of the earth and sort of brushed it off. I gave them an «out» by mentioning that the salted winter roads in Chicago were to blame for the extensive rust but he didn’t want to admit there was anything more than surface rust. This was NOT surface rust, this was flaking off of the frame everywhere — again, this is not unusual here in the north but they were not willing to admit there was anything more than surface rust. Fine. I leave telling them I need to think some more on it.
I return a few hours later and gave them a call beforehand asking them to have it out and ready for a test drive. When I arrive, the vehicle is still buried in the lot and Joel approaches me: «So do you think you’ll buy this today?» I responded by saying that I’d have to drive it first and that I’d like to get it on a lift to inspect the undercarriage better. Then he says «I’m gonna make this real easy. We’re a wholesaler and our prices are non-​negotiable». He then jots down the price of the vehicle, tax, title, license and doc fees with final cost and hands me the paper saying «this is what you’d need to pay and not a penny less». Mind you, this is before I have even driven the vehicle. I ask him if the timing belt has been replaced and he has no answer other than reiterating that they inspect all vehicles twice. I finally say «IF I were to buy this vehicle, I’d pay no more than $XX, XXX out the door» to which he responds he wouldn’t even consider that price. My price was about $ 600 more than the dealer retail value determined by
and only about $ 1,200 less than their asking price.
Bottom line — this place has some nice vehicles, they are all high-​end and the location is one of the nicer suburbs. However, they are extremely rude and entitled. Throwing out stats about how they sell more cars than XYZ down the street, blah blah blah.
I was very interested in this vehicle and was heavily leaning toward a purchase but the lack of basic people skills and customer service ultimately drove me away. I’m still trying to figure out how they remain in business.

My experience differs vastly from some of the others. I have not purchased a vehicle here but have been doing maintenance and light body work there for over 10 years and even before they moved to Highland Park.
They have ALWAYS been proactive and done outstanding work at ¹⁄₃ the price of the dealer. They have an incredible amount of knowledge and expertise with cars as they have been buying and reselling high end cars into the Russian market for MANY years. I highly recommend them to anyone that wants quality work done at reasonable prices!

AVOID! I am speaking only regarding the shop, headed by Sergey, because that is my experience. They are exactly what everyone should avoid in terms of service because they are 1. inexperienced. 2. Will change parts that will not fix the problem 3. Be very rude 4. Upcharge you at any opportunity. My experience is they had to change two parts (on two separate occasions) to attempt to fix the same problem (check engine). Neither procedure actually fixed the problem and they would not refund any of the $ 750 of charges, not even the labor portion. Once they have your money, they dont care! I went to a different shop who take care of the problem in about an hour for $ 80 total! Dont trust these guys at M&I, its the last place you should go.

I wish I could give it zero stars. Do not buy from these guys. They are as shady as it gets. I bought a car from them about 4 months ago. They gave me a carfax that showed no history of accidents. The day after I bought it, I took it to a mechanic and found out it had frame damage. I tried to take it back, but they just gave me a loaner and fixed the alignment and gave it back after 3 days. After a month I had to take it into the shop and spent $ 750 on remounting the engine as well as numerous parts. I just took it to Carmax, and found out it is only worth $ 5500, when I paid 9800 after taxes plus the $ 750 in repairs. Stay away from these SHADY BASTARDS! I wish I read reviews about them online first. It seems like these guys are known for this. I’ve read at least 10 other reviews stating the same type of tactics.

This place seems a bit shady. I’m giving it two stars because I’m generous.
I test drove a car here recently. First, I went in and the receptionist sent me down a hallway to an office. That seemed a little weird. At what dealer do they not meet you out front? The guy, Joel, was friendly enough. He explained that they are an internet based, no hassle, family owned and oriented business. He set me up to test drive one I had my eye on.
After driving it, I met with Joel and he asked me what I thought. He had a snack during our conversation, a pretzel, I think, which he masticated steadily on while we talked. I said I thought was a decent ride, but I pointed out that the tires did not match and casually asked if that would affect the alignment, because the car was pulling to the right. He looked at me with a sort of morbid fascination, shrugged his shoulders and said he didn’t know. They have a shop on site and I figured that would be an easy question to answer. So I asked if I could take it to my mechanic to look at (it was fairly high mileage as well). So then Joel called Demitri over. I don’t know, maybe Joel wasn’t qualified to answer that question.
Demitri introduced himself and asked «What’s wrong with the vehicle?» It wasn’t what he said, it was the way he said it. Confrontational. I felt on my heels, and as a buyer I shouldn’t feel that way. Then he told me that it had a pump replaced in their shop but was fine otherwise. Then he said no, that I couldn’t take it to my mechanic, but I was welcome to bring my mechanic here to look at it in the on-​site shop. Then he went on, something about people taking parts off their cars and putting cheap parts back on during mechanic visits. I held back a laugh. I fibbed and said maybe my mechanic would come in (at this point I was done… plus, I don’t have that kind of relationship with my mechanic — he works on my car, he isn’t my girlfriend and we don’t ‘hang out’ — to ask that of a customer is pretty ridiculous).
Didn’t buy there. If they cleaned up the way they treat people it would go a long way. Pity, because I was actually interested in the car. I’m sure they’ll sell it to someone who doesn’t know enough to ask questions or likes being abused. Plenty of suckers out there.
