Got stuck in the Northbrook Mall parking lot with a flat. After getting the lug nuts off I couldn’t get the tire off. Evidently it was fused. I broke down and called AAA. Leonard’s Towing was dispatched. Chris was the driver, and he tried everything he could to get the tire off, but he had the same luck that I had. We ended up towing it in. While he got the car on the bed he let me girlfriend sit in the truck to get out of the cold. That was totally nice. When I went to the shop the next morning (John’s Garage) to pick up the car Chris was still there. He said that it took a lot of effort but they got the tire off and put the spare on. Because I had AAA it took care of everything which was amazing. Chris was especially nice. Thanks for everything guys.

WONDERFUL service. I had car problems and was stuck on US-​41. Leonard’s came to my rescue.
The driver was so nice and went well above and beyond to provide spectacular customer service.
