Business Owner

Don Fuller, Jr. has been helping families and businesses live a more comfortable life through exceptional lawyering. Mr. Fuller struck out on his own to open Donald R. Fuller, Jr., PLLC in 2013. Since that time, he has helped countless individuals set up their estate planning documents as well as helping businesses with their formation, contracts, and agreements.

Don practices in the areas of Business and Corporate Law, Banking Law, Creditors’ Rights and Bankruptcy, Commercial and Industrial Real Estate, Estate Planning, and Civil Litigation.

Mr. Fuller is a member of the Catawba County Bar Association, the North Carolina Bar Association (including its sections on Business Law, Bankruptcy Law, Real Estate Law, and Estate Planning and Fiduciary Law), and the American Bar Association. He is a past president of the 25^th Judicial District Bar Association and an affiliate member of the North Carolina Bankers Association.
